We were treated very respectfully and kindly throughout our stay at this hotel. We had a large gathering from around the world for a special convention and could not have been more pleased with the hotel. Breakfast was an amazing smorgasbord. Rooms are a bit small, with no dresser and few hangers but otherwise clean and comfortable. Beds work amazingly comfortable.

We had a wonderful time at the Ibis. The staff were friendly, professional, and often went out of their way to make sure our needs were met and we were happy. Special commendations to Ayush, the restaurant bar manager; Sunny, the restaurant supervisor; and Muni for their thoughtful, above and beyond service. During our 10-day stay, they added to the joy of our trip to New Zealand.

We were a little worried when we got in, as there were some very minor issues with the room, but th staff were kind, helpful and cheerful, both moving rooms for us and assisting with even minor inconvenience. The breakfast is amazing and the rooms are small but comfortable. The hotel was also very quiet, despite being packed with people the whole time. Rooms were cleaned and tidy each day and public transit is easy, with two very close stops. We walked to shops and dinner most evenings.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! We’re glad our staff were able to assist with the room change and help make your stay comfortable, even when minor issues arose. It’s wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the breakfast, found the rooms comfortable, and appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite a busy hotel. The Hôtel was very good, the staff were very nice, good breakfast. Many services were offered, such as a washing machine and gym… very practice… The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which wasn't always great, but the stay was very pleasant. À special Thank you to the Spaff 😉

We loved every minute at the Auckland Novotel Ellerslie! The staff are very helpful and so friendly! We were in a large group that filled almost every room of the hotel. They took really good care of all of us. The food is great too!
