沒有提供飲用熱水。附近的地鐵沒電梯，搬行李是恐怖的經驗。

地鐵站就在飯店前面，搭乘地鐵非常方便，每日打掃的乾淨，第一天好像沒暖氣，但之後天就有暖氣了，可惜的是從住第一天到第五天後離開，酒吧的咖啡機都沒修好，以至於裝熱水有點麻煩。

來往機場的交通便利、公車200號加地鐵就可以到達，前往景點搭地鐵公車也很方便，如果參加klook的托雷多和塞戈維亞一日遊，集合地點就在旁邊；附近也熱鬧好逛、如果再次拜訪馬德里，也會考慮住這邊。
