Room looks like in an hospital... Manager avoids meeting clients and lies about not being there... Cleaning is just good...

We would like to clarify that many of the comments mentioned in your review do not correspond to our hotel or to our usual service standards, as we have no record of these situations having been reported to us during any of our last guests. We regret that you felt this way, but we believe there may be some confusion regarding the property or the circumstances described. Please note that our management team, including the General Manager and me, the Front Office Manager, are available on site from Monday to Friday, and we are always open to speaking with our guests personally in order to address any concerns directly and promptly. I am truly sorry for the delay during check-in and for the need to follow up repeatedly. This is not the level of efficiency or service we strive to provide, and I will be reviewing your comments with the reception team to ensure we improve our response times. I am also disappointed to hear about the oversight from our housekeeping team regarding the shower gel refill.
