Nice hotel very clean, 20 min walk from city centre and next door with train station . Taxi station and bus station just outside . DON'T go near the bar. Very expensive Gin Tonic €21 , Aperol Spritz €16 this is my opinion not sure for you . Staff very friendly and helpful

Nice and Clean Property. Location - is excellent, being part of Brusells Midi Train Station, located right next to Eurostar Counters. Station has excellent concourse with Eateries, Pharmacy, Supermarket etc. Direct Train Services to France, Germany, UK and Netherlands. Housekeeping and Room service is very good. Good In-house Bar and Restaurant. Local Public Transport available just outside the hotel.

Stayed 2 nights here. Perfect location next to Midi and metro. Surprisingly quiet in the night. Excellent comfortable bed. Shower/bathroom a bit small. Very clean. Breakfast very good, was super crowded. All in all a great experience. Only missed a lounge for status members.

After missing our evening Eurostar connection we walked in to The Pullman Hotel and received a very warm welcome. After a traumatic days travelling we had our room upgraded which was amazing. Great staff, clean, warm & welcoming experience

-Extremely Weak customer service -Bloody hot hotel without any windows/doors -Crazy busy breakfast corner, unfriendly staff -Small fitness area, very limited -expensive hotel -area around the hotel is not the best; lot of clochards, and no good restaurants
