The staff went above and beyond, the head chef was personable, attentive and made us feel like we were the only guest. The food was amazing and so full of flavor. We really enjoyed our stay and we would return again. Excellent value for money and very comfortable.

The location is amazing, near the airport, shopping mall, good restaurants. The warm, friendly, full of smiling and helpful staffs. The building is not perfect, but their excellent service is great. Good job to all the staffs for performing excellent service. Keep it up!

Wonderful stay in Novotel Manado. The room was nice and clean. The service was good. The breakfast also nice. They have many activities in the lobby and i like the archery one. Ninakaunang Families - TripAdvisor review

It was perfect, all the staff are very friendly and helpful all the time 🥰 Especially thanks to Ms. Prichillia for helping me manage my wedding in Novotel. The food is also delicious and halal with a glimpse of traditional food. The room is also clean, even though we reserve it for two days, the staff work quickly for room makeup. If we needed additional things such as chair etc. The staff bring it right away 😍 Over all it was amazing experience and if probably you are searching for place to hold your wedding, i would recommend you to held it in novotel.
