All as expected for a Novotel and I’m pretty happy with my stay. Two issues popped up: 1) the outer glass of the triple window was broken. No effect on my stay, but a real eyesore when looking out of the window. A big distraction rather than an inconvenience. This room should not be used until the window is fixed. To be fair, the GM personally apologized and offered me a different room later. I was impressed by that. 2) as an airport hotel, I expected there would be a shuttle. No airport pick up. And no shuttle busses after 6pm to and from the mall next door. A taxi/Uber costs A$25-30 to get to the hotel in the evening. Minor annoyance, but not what I expected for an airport hotel. I used the mall airport shuttle in the morning as it was a feee service. Otherwise, the hotel was fine. The staff were great, room was clean. I wouldn’t think anyone would be allocated a room with a broken window so that wouldn’t be an issue. Would recommend for those who love outlet shopping! Just arrive at the airport before 6pm to catch the shuttle to the mall next door.

The hotel is very close to the airport and a free Skygate shuttle is available. Nice, quiet room, everything perfect... and a special thanks to Tersia (TJ), who greeted me at check-in and handled everything professionally and with a smile... an appreciated welcome for a tired traveler.

Warm and Friendly check in with Layla and Tersia Most helpful with my falling apart luggage.... Room is great with the double beds. I would like to see the body moisturisers and shower cap return....🙏 Dinner at Catalinas Restaurant is Superb. Rump steak medium was perfect with Rocket and Coconut salad... so good! Looked after by Hostess with the Mostess Giovanna 😍.

Exceptional services. Tersea (South African lady) was truly exceptional in handling and helping us. Very smooth check in check out. Allowed us few extra hours to stay to help accomodate the needs.

Good place to stay during transit. I stayed here overnight. It is a 1-minute walk from a shopping centre, although I didn’t visit it. However, those who used it told me it’s a one-stop shop. The staff are friendly. It’s a bit too expensive to stay overnight; perhaps the hotel can review this. Since people might be staying only for part of the day, a discounted rate should be offered. Overall, it’s close to the airport. An Uber will cost around 10 dollars or a bit more. The rooms are nice, clean, and spacious, with comfortable bedding.
