This is a very reasonably priced full service 5 star hotel in a very convenient location in central Shanghai, a stone’s throw away from the cute and historic Tianzifang neighbourhood and also walking distance from the Bund and Nanjing East shopping street. A big shout out in particular to Zhou and Nina who made us feel very welcome and helped in every way possible. The food in particular (both the breakfast buffet and room service) was of a very high standard, bearing in mind we are strict vegetarian and that China is not a particularly vegetarian friendly country. We would thoroughly recommend this property for your visit to Shanghai.

We had a pleasant stay with friends in this hotel. The hotel has all the necessary comfort and the location is perfect, close to the metro. The rooms are large and very quiet. We were pleasantly surprised to have been welcomed in French by Zhou Wang who was very kind and who guided us to have the best possible stay in the hotel. We will come back.

Mr. Zhou was very helpful in managing my stay at Pullman. He ensured all the process was done seamless to give a very good customer experience. Always smiling and attending guests, while giving all the information at check-in. He also supported me with local travel and currency exchange. Recommend to connect with him, when at Pullman.
