Every time I come to Shanghai for a business trip, I always choose Swissotel grand shanghai which has an excellent geographical location and high cost-effectiveness. The service attitude is very good, and there is a family mart nearby which is very convenient. The surrounding commercial district and subway station are very convenient. The room is fully equipped with various types of pillows to choose from. I am very satisfied!

Hotel has a perfect location in Shanghai, near Jing'an temple, close to shopping, restaurants and subway station. Staff is very helpful and great breakfast.

Great hotel, in a central position and well connected with the metro. Loyalty status recognized and lounge access granted. The lounge is the best part of the hotel. Several great options of warm food and sweets. One of the best lounges I ever experienced.

最初に案内された部屋は、窓の外で複数台の室外機が稼働している部屋だった。前回の滞在時は、高層階だったため、まだ耐えうる状況だったが、今回は、低層階で室外機との距離が近く耐えられず、部屋を変更してもらった。そもそも、あのうるさい部屋を顧客に提供するのはいかがなものかと思う。

This hotel is modern and luxurious. The location is good, Jing An metro around the corner. Executive lounge is good with nice views. The hotel also has English speaking staff, which is not a certainty in China. Room rates are OK, especially with accor promotions.
