We greatly appreciate your continued support and are delighted that you have been satisfied with our comfortable, spacious, clean, and tidy rooms, as well as the room upgrades and breakfast benefits you enjoy as a Gold Member. We regret to inform you that the slipper policy implemented by the breakfast manager during your recent stay caused you inconvenience. We would like to clarify that this policy is for guest safety – there are clear signs at the restaurant entrance, and related instructions are also included in the packaging of the slippers in your rooms. The slippers have a relatively smooth sole, which may increase the risk of slipping on the restaurant floor, especially during peak breakfast hours.
