I really liked this hotel , the rooms were very neat and clean. The service was very good from Hong Luying, Thank you! The hotel centrally located and you will find so many malls and eating options around.

I had to spend 1 month in Shanghai and was torn between places to stay so I booked the Swissotel Grand for a week for its great location so I can try out the product and it was so good that I ended up extending and staying the whole 30 days with them. From the pre arrival email that was responded quickly by the Front office team to the on point member recognition for All Accor, to the outstanding service and care at the executive lounge lead by Christine & Leticia, every interaction was just so enjoyable and polite, every single member of the Lounge Team was just espectacular. Even after an issue the quick response by management was efficient and polite. Overall a great stay in Shanghai, great location, great service and great service recovery. I would come back any time when in Shanghai and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking where to stay. Thank you Swissotel Grand Shanghai and thank you to the AMAZING Executive Club Lounge Team for a wonderful stay.

I had an amazing stay as always and the staff are very friendly and cordial Feel at home and excellent experience Jack qin then duty manager is such a nice person to be greeting with ever smiling face Staff at 27th Floor work tirelessly and feel u comfortable with hospitality which is beyond expectations

Decent place to stay but bad shower

Haven’t stayed there in 6 years, hotel seems to be renovated n room condition is quite nice. However a few things irritated me: 1) water pressure n water flow for shower is pathetic, felt that I couldn’t bathe properly. 2) have to get amenities from front desk. They should at least provide toothbrush n cotton buds in the room, the rest can be obtained from front desk.
