Amazing service by executive lounge staff

Had an amazing breakfast alongside the window in the executive lounge! Chris zhou and team took immaculate care of each guest including myself during the breakfast service! For instance, the team took the effort to head down to the second floor to retrieve some peanut butter to go with my bread and the detailed effort in taking the initiative to provide a teaspoon for my yoghurt when i forgotten to take it. While this is almost my 10th time staying in this hotel, i really enjoyed coming back here because of its service and its location. Thank you!

Nice room, big room but not appreciated breakfast manager

I stayed here many times for my biz trip. I am also gold member of accorplus: hence often gets room upgrade and breakfast. Room is always nice, big snd clean. I am always happy with hotel room. However this time i had problem while having breakfast at hotel. Normally, most guests woke up and came down for breakfast at comfort. However, this time breakfast room ( guy with glasses) does not allow hotel guest with slipper (even hotel slipper) to have breakfast. What the heck!! Why would not allow? This is very annoying. Many guests are not happy for this at all. We had to go up and change to sneaker or non-slipper and came down again. I stayed here many times and always came down for breakfast with hotel slippers. Really dont understand and not appreciate at all.

We would like to clarify that this policy is for guest safety – there are clear signs at the restaurant entrance, and related instructions are also included in the packaging of the slippers in your rooms. The slippers have a relatively smooth sole, which may increase the risk of slipping on the restaurant floor, especially during peak breakfast hours. I really liked this hotel , the rooms were very neat and clean. The service was very good from Hong Luying, Thank you! The hotel centrally located and you will find so many malls and eating options around.
