静安寺近くの便利な立地に加えスタッフのホスピタリティ溢れる速やかな対応など、10日間の滞在をとても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。朝食はフルーツの種類が多く、オムレツやアーモンドのクロワッサン、牛肉面などもとても美味しかったです。また、プールやサウナを利用しましたが、スタッフの対応もとても心地よいものでした。本当にありがとうございました。

最初に案内された部屋は、窓の外で複数台の室外機が稼働している部屋だった。前回の滞在時は、高層階だったため、まだ耐えうる状況だったが、今回は、低層階で室外機との距離が近く耐えられず、部屋を変更してもらった。そもそも、あのうるさい部屋を顧客に提供するのはいかがなものかと思う。

Taxi予約のサービスはめちゃくちゃでした。 トータル10日間の滞在で３日間予約忘れられたとのことで、ほかのホテルで絶対にないことでした。とても残念でした。
