The rooms are simple and stylish and also warm and comfortable. The staff members were really friendly, and helpful. They provided personalized suggestions for guests. The hotel restaurant food is also delicious, the afternoon tea and breakfast are quite good. This place is very convenient. I strongly recommend this hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel again if i come to Shanghai in the future.

The overall experience was really good! We stayed for 3 weeks, and from the really beginning they took care of our needs, luggage, moving around, food preferences, extra services, delivering packages, booking restaurants, etc. Special mention to Zhou who was always available to help. Had a pleasant stay at Pullman central. Find that location is good and the staff is also trying to help. Felt welcomed all along. The room was given before mentioned time so special thank to Yulia and Zhou from the front desk for this gesture. Will stay again if I come back to Shanghai.

This is a very reasonably priced full service 5 star hotel in a very convenient location in central Shanghai, a stone’s throw away from the cute and historic Tianzifang neighbourhood and also walking distance from the Bund and Nanjing East shopping street. A big shout out in particular to Zhou and Nina who made us feel very welcome and helped in every way possible. The food in particular (both the breakfast buffet and room service) was of a very high standard, bearing in mind we are strict vegetarian and that China is not a particularly vegetarian friendly country. We would thoroughly recommend this property for your visit to Shanghai.
