Please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Pullman, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. I'm sorry that you didn't feel the strong air conditioning, because the temperature in Shanghai in recent days has been 17-20 degrees Celsius, so we control the room temperature at 22-26 degrees Celsius. Regarding your preference for drinks, we have checked that your reservation was made by a third-party online travel agency. According to Accor membership policy, you cannot enjoy membership benefits at the hotel. Of course, we provide you with drinks according to your needs. This obviously does not meet your expectations, and we will actively raise your opinions with Accor headquarters.we hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future.
