Best place to stay in Shanghai

Shanghai is a big city. Because of that, we need to stay at strategic location. Pullman Shanghai Jing An located in near of Shanghai Railway Station, which is we can going anywhere in Shanghai very easy. And also many choice of food is available surrounded, so you don't be starving anymore.

Location of hotel is very convenient from pudong airport you can take direct bus no 5 to hotel for 25rmb . Staff is very good and always very helpful, they almost all speak English and the location is great 50m from subway station

Good hotel, although the design is a bit atypical for Pullman (looks like it was a Marriot or Hilton and then sold/rebranded. In general very friendly staff, with the exception of staff managing parking/taxis who are extremely rude.

Being a platinum member of the Accor group, I was really disappointed with the services provided by this hotel. We were not directed to the executive lounge nor the Accor priority lane for check in. The room which we had booked for 3 pax were only equipped for 2 throughout our stay despite our request for a 3rd occupant to be in the same room. We had to call the house keeping for additional towel every night. What is worse was the bell boy who helped with our luggage brazenly asked for tip from my elderly parent! Totally unhappy with our stay here.

always happy to stay at pullman, i had been staying at this pullman in 2019 for numbers of night, what i realise is that their breakfast is not that good, i wanted to say bad but well it was not well manage, food are cold, services are not what usual pullman or even competitor Courtyard by Marriott, service is really slow
