Shanghai is a big city. Because of that, we need to stay at strategic location. Pullman Shanghai Jing An located in near of Shanghai Railway Station, which is we can going anywhere in Shanghai very easy. And also many choice of food is available surrounded, so you don't be starving anymore.

Location of hotel is very convenient from pudong airport you can take direct bus no 5 to hotel for 25rmb . Staff is very good and always very helpful, they almost all speak English and the location is great 50m from subway station

Good hotel, although the design is a bit atypical for Pullman (looks like it was a Marriot or Hilton and then sold/rebranded. In general very friendly staff, with the exception of staff managing parking/taxis who are extremely rude.

Being a platinum member of the Accor group, I was really disappointed with the services provided by this hotel. We were not directed to the executive lounge nor the Accor priority lane for check in. The room which we had booked for 3 pax were only equipped for 2 throughout our stay despite our request for a 3rd occupant to be in the same room. We had to call the house keeping for additional towel every night. What is worse was the bell boy who helped with our luggage brazenly asked for tip from my elderly parent! Totally unhappy with our stay here.

always happy to stay at pullman, i had been staying at this pullman in 2019 for numbers of night, what i realise is that their breakfast is not that good, i wanted to say bad but well it was not well manage, food are cold, services are not what usual pullman or even competitor Courtyard by Marriott, service is really slow

Very nice hotel, very clean. Location is perfect with subway and train station front of the hotel. Staff is friendly, food is very good. Happy hours were good quality. room is very quiet, comfortable.

I am a frequent visitor of this hotel because it provides facilities of GYM, swimming pool. The price charged is good with the facilities and room condition provided. One thing to comment is the coffee on the 1st floor is totally un-acceptable. No matter black coffee or the Latte. It's worse than the capsule provided in the room

The hotel is at Shanghai Railway station, which is very easy to go somewhere else, as there are 3 metro lines that the entrance nearby the hotel, just turn left to line no.1 or turn right to line no. 3 and no. 5. Moreover you can take the airport bus from Pudong airport, which directly to Shanghai Railway Station.

I have sponsored with the highest loyalty integrity one of ACCOR proerty in China, participated to the many internal events, supported all of the surveys emailed to me for 10 years, close an eye on the occasional mistakes supporting the hotel continuous effort and accordingly I thought to continue my effort I would stay the Jing An where I thought I knew its GM but made a great mistake. The hotel was reserved many weeks in advance. None of the reservation were ready, we spent close to 30 min to check-in. We were denied the Club Floor for some non-sense reason even though ready paying for it. We were then invited to join the Club Floor. The rooms were unacceptable, small, used carpet, noisy, other customers were smoking on the non-smoking floor. The staff in general were simply impolite and rude, except the staff on the Club Floor who were extremely courteous, most available and extremely kind. The food was acceptable, though the staff at the main restaurant were simply poorly trained incapable of even bringing a simple coffee. This experience was simply horrible which motivated our anticipated checking-out by a week. I will no longer stay at an ACCOR property. I found this behaviour from the GM completely ridiculous, unprofessional after writing to him several times simply ignoring my communication. He should simply find another job.

the man who helped me for 1st check out and 2nd check in was the same guy whose family name is JIANG and he was not friendly at all, overall the hotel and the rooms are good enough as usual as other pullman.

Once a very innovative and well-positioned modern hotel has lost its charm as a result of poor maintenance and inferior software. The Pullman was among top of its class when it first opened nearly 10 years ago but as a result of wear and tear without additional capital expenditure the facility is competing against 3 star hotels despite its JingAn location. Service is lacklustre and staff disinterested. The rooms, especially the bathroom, were originally head of the class but totally worn out now. There is no particular F&B outlet to speak of except a ground floor coffee shop serving a buffet breakfast with minimal service. There are many better choices along the road charging more competitive prices.

Great location but service at reception need improve. We stayed in the executive suite, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The housekeeping service was very good. But the front desk service was frustrating, the front desk staff was very impatient when I had questions. No respond from hotel after I complete the survey.

The hotel facilities are at their standards. Very good. The metro is next to hotel entrance which is very easy to get somewhere. Many convenience stores and food stalls around and they open until very late at night

The Pullman is a great location from where you can easily access all great spots in Shanghai with easy access to subway. The Hotel is comfortable with a negative note on the quality of the food which is disastrous for lunch and dinners (breakfast OK but medium) and the air conditioning which is not working.

The Hotel is close to the Central Train Station and Subway Line 1, this makes it very easy to get around in town. The breakfast is perfect, the new Pool and Gym is great. The Service is also very good.

The location is good with excellent public transportation connection. In general, the service was up to standard, but it could be more personalized. The breakfast was good with various choices of both Chinese and Western style food.

House keeping need improvement & great location for transport

it is not accor standard. As gold member I got upgrade to executive room (519), its horrible room A/C didnt work properly & i had to walk on wet spot carpet on my sock. After complaint, they change me to room 520. Staff very limited english

It's amazing that the chef who makes you the French omelettedoes not speak English and does not understand the words cheese and ham... The english level of the chinese staff is in general very low. Besides this matter, the hotel is very good.

Great service and friendly employees, especially at the club lounge we were welcomed with a nice drink to have our meeting. Very convenient to connect via the ahanghai railway station. The suite was very nice and spacious.

This is my 5 times in this hotel and everything is always perfect. Peoples professional and friendly, room comfortable, clean, with a lot of bathroom amenities, five stars breakfast for quality and quantity of food. The hotel is very well located with the subway station very close. It's easy to arrive from PUDONG airport using maglev train and metro.
