Overall good experience. No check-in was permitted before 3pm, despite the online check-in form containing a „before 3pm“ option and despite being a Platinum ALL member. Only one drinks voucher (for 2) originally given despite booking two rooms (for 4). Vegan breakfast offering was adequate, but buffet labelling not clear.

A one night business trip. Check-in was quick and easy; the room, although sparse, was clean and the bed pretty comfortable. Came back to the hotel late and wanted some pizza which wasn't available due to delivery issues and this was evident again at breakfast. When asked for basic things such as plain yoghurt it was not available.
