Lovely stay in a renovated room

Lovely renovated rooms - far better than pictured room! Best Ibis we've stayed in. Renovation works were underway whilst we stayed but caused us no disruption. Staff were friendly and helpful and advised us of the free bodensee bus ticket we were entitled to. Great facility. The main town is about a 10 min walk away across a bridge, so a nice scenic walk. We didn't have breakfast but the offering looked very good.

Ibis Hotel Constance id just 2 Bus stop from the central train station. Take the Bus number 6 and go down at Sternenplatz walk across the park to Badgasse and you arrived at the back of the Hotel, turn left or right you will end up at the entrance of the hotel. Friendly staff and clean rooms well noice isolated . I had s room facing the Main Street but i didn’t hear anything noice unless you open the window. Good value for money. I highly recommend if you’re visiting constance. I will surely be coming back.

On arrival the staff were indifferent to anything appart from their own ideas and get out of my space approach. Just because they did not have any knowledge of the company's guidelines and loyalty programs

The best IBIS hotel in Europe

This is the best IBIS hotel I have ever been. Pleasant reception, comfort rooms, clean and cozy place with good parking space, very near to the city center, river and the lake. The breakfast buffet with plenty of vegan choices and nice staff earns my best marks.
