Standard Ibis budget, free car parking, 24 hour check in, easy to find, perfect for 1 night stopover en route further South Rooms a little small but adequate for 1 night Rate reasonable would use again if in the area

Perfect place for spending the night by passing in the région. For the payed price you'll have a quite big room wit double bed if you choose this option. It is very clean, shower works well and the personal is friendly and nice. It has lots of parking places also with free parking.

★ A Nightmare Stay !!! ★ Never stay in this Hotel - Inis Budget Rodez ★ This was the WORST hotel we have stayed in France so far in our almost 2 months of travel through France! ★ The Room was EXTREMELY DIRTY! Long time without clean the Floor ! Had many pets hair in the floor and every where in the Bedroom ! We couldn’t walk in without shoes ! We worry much the possibly to get a Disease or bacteria their ! We stay in the room Number 201 on 05/August/2019 ★ Also had many pets hair and humans o. The bed lines/sheets hair ★ The air conditioner turns off automatically after 30 minutes we turned on! And the room gets unbearable from hot ! ★ No Reception open at night and Check in machine does not work it is Brooke! We have to loose time to talk by phone we assistant ! ★ The place and inside of the hotel doesn’t look safety ! ★ We are experienced travelers! We have been traveling for 6 months in Europe and since 15 / June / 2019 we are traveling in France

Dear guests, we do apologise for your recent stay with us. Obviously we did not match your expectations and you appear to be shocked. We are too. Just have a quick look on all the other comments and you will see that our guests particularly appreciate the cleanliness of our hotel and no one complain about the area. Good carpark and a number of eateries in the complex including a MacDonalds (if one must). Lidl supermarket about five mins walk away. Everything is very convenient apart from Rodez being 25 mins by foot (or 5 mins by car) New building. Clean, quiet and convenient. Room and late access by a code number. Microwave oven in foyer. Interesting room lay out. Toilet on its own as a separate room, with the shower as a standalone glass cabinet projecting into the room which might feel a bit exposed for some people. The washbasin and a small surface are in the centre of the room lrather like a breakfast bar. Makes the room feel bigger. Fairly priced at a budget hotel. I would happily stay here again if passing by car, but if sightseeing Rodez on foot I would stay in the centre.

The best of the 3 Ibis' we used that week.

On the edge of Rodez near a major intersection and on an estate with a few restaurants bars and shops. This was the best in terms of its decor and cleanliness. The rooms were very modern in their look and were very comfortable. Although near main roads we were not disturbed by traffic. All in all a good spot to stay en route somewhere & good value for money.
