Benz was great! He helped me booked all my excursions and the ride back to the airport. He was helpful patient and courteous. Above all else, he’s knowledgeable and will get you the best transportation rate and options. If you ever go to the VIE hotel, make sure you see him to assist with your transportation. Thanks Benz

Came for a work trip and stayed here. Nice and spacious rooms with large and comfy beds 💕. Excellent breakfast and so much care from the staff. Very close to every thing - mall, nice restaurants, transport and don’t forget massage points. I love it.

Very good rooms, clean and modern. Staff is very helpful especially Benz from the comcierge desk. I have stayed at this hotel many times, its my usual go to spot in BKK. We always book the family suite, they are perfect if you are travelling with kids.

Really chill and quiet pool to relax after a full day of traveling. We booked the day pass on the same day and enjoyed it really much (open till 8). Benz showed us around and was so friendly.100% recommend and we will definitely come back if we are in Bangkok again.
