A few colleagues and I decided to celebrate birthdays at the On The Roof bar. Wonderful sunset view and excellent service. We had quite a large group - 12 people and P. Wa and team very quickly put together tables and sofas to accommodate us. We had also requested for a birthday cake in advance and it was arranged for seamlessly. Cocktails were yummy and staff were swift in service. Will definitely be back again:)

I proposed to my fiancé at the Novotel hotel restaurant. The F&B coordinator Wa was exceptional and very helpful in making sure everything was well prepared for the proposal prior to our arrival. She was very attentive to my requests such as getting the flower bouquets in the colours that my fiancé liked and taking note of our dietary restrictions. It was rainy season at the time, so it was difficult to do an outdoor proposal setup. Despite that, on the day of the proposal, the restaurant Supervisor Nat and staff Oil went above and beyond to quickly switch the indoor setting to an outdoor setting just as the weather cleared up for a short bit. The proposal went by perfectly with the help of the team. They even helped us capture our special moment. My fiancé and I truly appreciate the service provided by the team. Will highly recommend Novotel Kamala Phuket and Soul Kitchen Restaurant.

Great Place that makes it feel like it is out of the way but is walkable to some good food and a good beach. With the ocean literally 3 steps from your door, it's hard to complain. My wife and I enjoyed the relaxing time.

This is my second visit to Phuket, last visit I was staying at Karon so I decided to book near Kamala beach. I am very happy I made the choice to stay in this hotel as a solo lady traveller it was a perfect stay. I love the beach spent most of the time there .The jacuzzi and the pool villa has the best view, I stayed in pool villa, pool can be cleaned better. Rooms are clean,bar is beautifully located, loved the food at the bar and room service. Concierge team was very helpful and the lady driver was the best, reception team was friendly however just a suggestion I checked in on my birthday no acknowledgement or greetings upon check-in. This can add to make memories for the guest. Rest was very efficient. I will love to stay again on my last visit

The room is big, beds are hard, place is clean. Nice shower has a mini fridge free water. Breakfast buffet was ok cold pancakes, waffles and french toast but we put them through the toaster after. Staff are pleasant and wonderful. Restaurants are so so. We walked on the beach and found real good places to eat decent prices. Pool was nice clean but the ocean is right there. Pool towels available
