I recently stayed at Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach, and it was an outstanding experience. Kathy, the receptionist, was incredibly welcoming and made check-in a breeze. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, and the rest of the staff were just as friendly and helpful. I also want to mention the bartender at the rooftop bar (I can’t recall his name), but he was fantastic—very kind, attentive, and made excellent drink recommendations. The hotel’s location was perfect, as I enjoy going to the beach every day. The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel had everything I needed. I felt truly cared for during my stay and will definitely return!

Very comfortable stay with Novotel Phuket Kamala. Nice room, Nice Pool, Nice Breakfast, Nice Location on the bech kamala, Nice staff of heartist name Fiona at front Desk she very warm welcome me upon check-in and take good care of period stay. They cater to everyone but BLACK people. After a 24 hour flight here, our rooms were not ready. We waited in their HOT lobby, no water or drinks. We left for hours and came back and even after their 2:00 check in, we were told our rooms weren’t ready. Everyone else came in and went to their room (except for our black group). No where to charge our phones. No hospitality at all!!

Nice place, very friendly people but the hotel is a bit neglected. The reservation made on booking.com said 2 single beds and they had a double bed. It was a bit of a struggle, but they had to change our room. There was no air conditioner in the bathroom. The descent to the beach had a precarious and broken staircase that was solved with sandbags. The people were very friendly.
