I want to preface this by saying I never write reviews, but this hotel made this trip extra special for my friends and I. I had an incredible stay at this hotel, and what truly made it unforgettable was the outstanding service from Yuki. From the moment my friends and I arrived, Yuki went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable. She was always attentive, friendly, and quick to offer assistance with anything we needed. Her genuine warmth and professionalism really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. It's rare to find such exceptional service these days, and Yuki truly exceeded all expectations. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and I'll definitely be back!

This Place has a great energy and the staff is always happy and smiling especially Aon in the restaurant. It’s right on the beach and the pools are perfect. The rooms are all suites with bedrooms living rooms and kitchens. Perfect for chilling.

This is the 3rd PUCKET. I've been to everything from a good hotel to a pool villa, but Here is the most useful place. The view also makes you feel like you're on vacation. Not to mention friendly staff. Stay with your family!

I enjoyed my stay here at Cassia, my room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I woke up at 7 am for breakfast and it was very tasty. My son enjoyed the swimming pool and the gym. They have a shuttle van that goes to Patong Beach and Jungceylon shopping mall for 100 baht per person, I didn’t mind the price because Taxi fare cost even more to go there. Over all my stay here was excellent.

It's such a amazing location and service. All staff is doing great job.Mostly recommended For room 2 bedroom loft with water view is so cool. Everything is great about atmosphere, breakfast is many things to choose. Comfortable with shuttle bus & boat
