We checked in late last night. The staff was nice and gracious. This morning- the exact same treatment. So far I am well pleased with both staff and location.

Location is perfect in Laguna. Walking distance to boat avenue and beach. 2 bedroom loft is spacious and perfect for a family. Staff super friendly!

Cassia Bang Tao presents itself with the promise of prime location, stylish rooms, and Accor-standard service. Yet, the reality quickly diverges from expectations. Atmosphere: From the moment of arrival, one is struck not by hospitality but by an unsettling environment dominated by rude guest behavior. The staff themselves seem caught in the same dissonance, unable to elevate the tone. Rooms: The accommodation is modern and comfortable, but housekeeping every two days is far below the standard implied by a five-star association. Breakfast: A complete disappointment. The quality of food is poor, and staff appear embarrassed to serve it. Compounding this, the dining area is overwhelmed by undisciplined guests hoarding food in a manner that undermines any sense of refinement. Brand Alignment: Accor should seriously reconsider the positioning of Cassia. At present, it feels less like a lifestyle hotel and more like a chaotic service residence. Conclusion: Cassia Bang Tao has potential, but it is currently mismanaged and misaligned with Accor’s brand promise. While I do not rule out returning, it is imperative that Accor revamps this property—both in operations and guest culture management—before it can truly deliver on expectations.
