Our group, the Longford Town Men's Shed, stayed at the IBIS during our few days break in Belfast City Centre. This centrally located hotel was very clean, breakfast was good, but most importantly the staff were courteous, helpful and good humoured. We are happy to recommend this hotel to Belfast visitors.

Ibis Belfast was well located for walking in the downtown core, had clean well sized rooms and their staff was incredibly focused on great service. Pierce in particular was extremely helpful on the front desk. We had a problem with a third party travel provider and needed phone access. Pierce personally called the tour company multiple times on our behalf using his own personal phone and incurring long distance phone charges. Wow - talk about customer engagement!!

Ls Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

Had a terrible night's sleep due to guests next door talking loudly and shouting from 3am onwards. This can obviously happen anywhere and isn't the hotels fault but what upset me was that there was no way to contact staff to resolve the problem. No phone in room just a WhatsApp number which I used several times through the night but got no response. Couldn't leave the room as I had a sleeping child. When I got home I emailed the hotel explaining what happened but never received a response. Overall, I felt vulnerable as a single woman with a child in the hotel and unvalued as a customer. I wouldn't stay again.
