One of the best check-in experiences I have ever experienced. We had booked an upgraded room with view of the Eiffel Tour, and I will strongly recommend it because of the great view! The room was very modern, the bedding was nice and the bathroom clean. It is a Metro station close, many bistros etc. in the area and easy to walk around.

Very bad staff Very bad rooms Old place We didn't like the hôtel atall and we change our hôtel I am sorry for the paris that it has hôtel like Pullman In the morning They interrupted us by nocking the door for cleaning and go and after that they didn't make the room. we need to call the reception please send us someone to clean and....

The service there was excellent! But the rooms are a bit small. My room's view on the 11th floor was blocked by some buildings but overall it was okay. I could only see the tip of the Eiffel Tower. The buffet was excellent. I stayed there because of an event in April. I certainly would come back. Plus the distance from the Eiffel Tower was a 5-minute walk!

The staff are all amiable and helpful. The rooms are well-appointed and spotless. If you're lucky you will get a view of the Eifel Tower, but if not most other rooms have a balcony to enjoy. The food is good, both room service and restaurant. Overall I have no complaints and would stay again.

We had a family/girl trip for my daughter's eighteenth Birthday and HS Graduation. The restaurant was great, the staff was very pleasant. On the other hand the room was not worth it for the amount of money that I paid. The shower was broken, I had to request for it to be fixed several times before someone finally fixed it. I stayed there for 7 days. next time I will definitely stay somewhere else.
