Our stay was fantastic! KOUADIO at check-in was phenomenal, going above and beyond to accommodate us by placing our rooms on the same floor across from each other for convenience. We had one room with an Eiffel Tower view and the other with a city view, and both were clean, cozy, and well-maintained. SAFIA at check-out was friendly and made the process smooth and enjoyable. While the rooms were on the smaller side, the beds were very comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The location is unbeatable—less than a 5-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great stay in Paris!

Great front desk staff, but really average housekeeping service

Front desk staff was really friendly and professional. Shoutout to Charlotte & Jeff /Laurent for leaving us such a good impression of the hotel. My husband fell really sick on the 3rd night of the stay, and the front desk staff really tried their best to contact a local doctor to come over to the hotel (though unsuccessful), but they were prepared to send my husband to the nearest hospital if he needed. Applaud for the professionalism and the readiness to such medical emergencies. The hotel was also really sweet to give us a bottle of champagne, Cake & a sweet card to celebrate our anniversary! However, 1 thing to note was the poor room service. We had to ask for refill of amenities daily, which took really long each time to reach the room. and it got pretty frustrating, especially on nights when we were back from a long day. This was the main factor that contributed to what I felt was a average stay. To be also fair to the team, other than the amenities portion, the room is kept clean. Other than that, the hotel location is awesome. Right beside a couple of yummy cafes, Metro, and really close to the Eiffel Tower! There's also a little convenience store just right around the corner which we could also conveniently get ourselves little snacks.

Great location right next to the Eiffel Tower, great view. The room was with a balcony which was an added bonus to see the Eiffel Tower. Great room plenty of space. The only thing on the downside was that the pillows were hard. But apart from that, highly recommend this hotel

The location of this hotel is fantastic with stunning views of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel front of house is modern, clean and presented really well. The room we had was a superior room which was good in terms of size and fairly modern to be fair, the tea / coffee we had was poor with only one very small milk carton, so we ended up purchasing coffee and milk from a local store. The double bed was two singles pushed together. The room service menu was poor and not much of a choice at all. Breakfast is 35 euros irrespective if you wanted cooked breakfast or just a croissant / continental but for that you can have all types and as much as you like. I would recommend staying in the week as it’s cheaper than weekends. It was my wife’s 50th birthday which I did advise them at booking and not even a happy birthday at check in or nothing which I thought was poor. I personally wouldn’t visit this hotel again but the views of the Eiffel Tower from the room is superb, my advice book 1 night there and stay elsewhere for other nights. Concierge staff at the front door were excellent Internet in the hotel says it’s free but I was charged 29.00 euros so be mindful.

We stayed here which was a great view from the balcony, the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was amazing and this time has improved a lot as in the previous visit to Paris we always stayed here that is why we do know that it has improved but the disadvantages that could led to such a large issue are the communication and body language with the waiter because of the differences of language. Overall, great stay with a great location and view from the balcony but the accommodation was quite expensive.
