WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY WHOLE LIFE THE KOST WORST HOTEL OF PARIS

Not satisfied at all .The worst hotel in paris not safe a group person came and robbed us in front of the reception no staff member was ready to help all useless people are working in this hotel nobody responds be safe near the front desk not a single staff member is ready to help us.We even went to the polic not even the polic is ready to help we losst 3000 euros. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL FOR YOUR STAY ITS NOT SAFE AT ALL ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS ARE EXTREMELY USELESS.

ENTIRE HOTEL HAD NO RUNNING WATER, ZERO COMMUNICATION

For the past 2 days the entire hotel has had no running water, and security prevents you from using the other facility bathrooms. Absolutely zero communication has been made. TVs infuriatingly turns off at random. No cleaning services during stay.

I booked a REFUNDABLE rate which included the meals. There was a miscommunication and the hotel put the reservation through as NON-refundable (INCLUDING MEALS) and charged my credit card immediately. (approx. $3200 Can.) As an elderly person, I was concerned about the need to cancel. Hotel said they would look at the situation if that happened. About a week before our trip, I was admitted to the hospital with a life and death situation and am still receiving treatment and may not recover. The hotel refuses to refund my money - not even for the meals. I have emailed the manager who has not responded to my emails. BE CAUTIOUS!

1.升降機有問題酒店沒有修理,按鈕總是按不著,只好每次下樓時推開4度防火門到對面棟使用對面棟的升降機,也沒有任何指示說明升降機有問題,十分差。 2.房間洗手盤去水極慢,向酒店反映後也沒有修理。 3.退房後酒店沒有免費存放行李服務,要客人自行推行李到一樓使用收費的儲物櫃,儲物櫃有限數,如有老人家行李太重根本操作不了,要自己落力還要付錢 極不推薦想到巴黎輕鬆享受的旅客

Poor service, poor room. The only positive to this hotel is the view of the tower. I could list numerous reasons why I rated it 1 star, but I will only list a few… - Air conditioning does not work - Bathroom is mouldy and shower is broken - Toilet is broken and blocks - no coffee, soap, shampoo etc provided in the room - Paid for breakfast in the booking, but was told we had no breakfast every morning - some very rude staff, bordering on abusive
