Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your candid feedback. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the view of the Eiffel Tower from our apartment. Our location and views are indeed one of the aspects that our guests appreciate the most. We apologize for the inconveniences you faced during your stay. Regarding the air conditioning, each guest can adjust the temperature individually in their apartment. We are sorry if it did not function properly during your stay. As for the bathroom and toilet issues, we will address them with our maintenance team to ensure they are resolved. We do provide KEIJI shampoo, body soap, and hand wash in our apartments, and we are sorry if they were not present in your room. Concerning the breakfast, we will investigate the situation to avoid any future misunderstandings. Lastly, we are disappointed to hear about your experience with our staff, as we strive to provide excellent customer service.
