Very convenient hotel, close to business and tourist venues. I was delighted to arrive at the hotel very early in the morning after a long flight from Houston, Tx in the hope that I could freshen up before my first meeting, to be greeted warmly by Lilian at reception who managed to get me checked in immediately so that I could start my day refreshed and ready. Very happy with the customer care At this hotel!

We had an amazing stay, it’s a lovely location with great access to everything in Paris. We were especially happy with Lilian’s warm welcome and help during our stay. Our room was very clean and spacious - Would highly recommend and come back again, thank you Lilian!

Hotel with Eiffel Tower view

Very good hotel & staff, we were celebrating 25th wedding anniversary, I wrote mail before arriving requesting a good view room. The hotel staff gave room with a Eiffel Tower view which was the best room in the hotel. A big shout out to Juliane & Hichem to listen to all our requests and made our stay wonderful. Very close to Eiffel tower & all tourist places. Definitely the hotel is good to book.

Stayed between 31.10.24 and 04.11.24 - family of 4. Positives - Good WiFi. - Good location for Eiffel Tower. - Apartment small but kitchen had good equipment. - Beautiful views. - Great to have AC as very warm. Negatives - Poorly maintained apartment - radiator hanging off wall, plug fittings hanging off, wet room very poor (missing toilet roll holder/panels loosely fitting/mould). - Only 3 toilet rolls for 4 nights for family of four (had to buy some from local shop). One bath and hand towel each (which I needed to use to dry the floor in wet room as danger of slipping). No house keeping for under 8 day stay. - Only one working lift - can take 20 minutes at busy periods to get in the lift, long queues and other guests not waiting their turn. Very small dining area considering the size of the hotel. - We had breakfast included but only used once - flies around the food, only two staff refilling food/fresh orange juice, cleaning tables. They were very rude which I could understand in the conditions they were working in. We waited along time for a table and ended up cleaning ourselves before using. - We arrived late (about 11pm). My children’s bed settee was not made up so we had to spend time looking for the bedding and working out how to make sofa into beds. - Where the hotel is situated felt a little unsafe on a backstreet. I didn’t feel safe leaving hotel at night. - When I arrived I needed to pay just over 60 euros for tax. I only had 20 euro notes and gave 80 euros. The man at reception gave me change from 65 euros. I didn’t realise until I got back to the room and the children were really tired. Make sure you check your change! - I found items left by previous guests in the room which made me question the cleanliness. Overall I was disappointed, the hotel did not live up to my expectations but we made the best of it and we certainly got our steps in using the stairs!

Excellent apartment in a great location

We stayed at half term. Easy to get to hotel using train and metro. Greeted by friendly, helpful staff. Room 2303 was exactly what we hoped for. Fabulous view of tower, modern and clean, all needs catered for...kitchen equipped, hairdryer, iron (even a vac) it is an apartment...so room not cleaned etc (obviously), however staff will happily supply you with extra toiletries etc if ask. Great location, there is a great shopping mall a few mins walk away, the tower is about 10 mins as is the metro. We used the batobus to stop at all the sites over 2 days... the galleries lafayette shopping area is amazing ... go to the concorde stop and walk down. We got the 6 metro to RER A which took us straight to disney within an hour. You can watch the fireworks and get same route back easily for 10 euro each return. Chose an uber back to airport 53 euro. Overall, easy, enjoyable stay and would recommend hotel for location, view, staff and amenities.
