I have mixed feeling on how to feel or express my experience with Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel. First, before making reservation via Accor app, I have tried to contact the hotel via email (h7229@accor.com) but no reply ever. So I booked the room with the app, and contact again to ask about in-room breakfast and still no reply as well. In total, I have emailed to you 3 times but no reply. On the date on checkin (30-Dec), the front staff is very nice and kind to explain us everything, but when we asked about covid-19 test, we have to go to concierge which on that day, Carl has helped us with the registration. The room was very fantastic and beyond our expectation, we had great time created online content on the balcony and got many engagement. We give 10 of out 10 points for the room. After we took the test at the hotel on 31-Dec, the lab has email us right on 1-Jan. But the problem is that we cannot access the test result with our registered phone number. We have tried all the combination and still failed to access. This cause us a lot of trouble as if we do not show the negative result at the airport, we will not be able to get on the plane and fly back home. We have go back to Pullman 4 times. 1-Jan morning: Concierge have informed us to wait as if the result has not been uploaded yet. (Which we found later that it’s wrong, the result is always there) 1-Jan afternoon: we came back again, another concierge Ian just took note and informed us that the lab is closed and will contact the lab next day. 2-Jan morning: we started to get very worry as we will fly back on that night, Concierge carl said that it is too early (8:00AM), he will tried to contact the lab and inform us back around 10:00PM 2-Jan afternoon: we came back for the last time and the first lady in blue at concierge refuse to help us anything and blame that this is lab’s fault. We started to cry and finally Solene came out and informed us that she has lab’s emergency number. In summary Solene and Alberto have contacted the lab and informed us the correct password in order to access the result. We bursted out into tears and thank them for the support that finally made us be able to board the plane back home. Can you imagine if we cannot open the test result and miss our flight back home? It is emotional and mixed feeling as you can see our story here.

Спасибо сотрудникам за отличное заселение, получили шикарный номер с идеальным видом. Номер был убран великолепно. Минус балл за ночной рум сервис: меню в номере не представлено абсолютно никак, на ресепшене сообщили, что нужно звонить и узнавать отдельно, есть ли то или иное блюдо. После того, как заказывали супы и блюда, сотрудник перезванивал и сообщал, что позиций нет и есть только салат Цезарь и фруктовый салат с чаем. Как-то скудно для отеля такого уровня. Также нам сделали комплиментарный выезд в 14:00, за что мы очень благодарны, но в последние четыре часа пребывания уборщики/сотрудники стучали в дверь с напоминаем о нашем выезде.

the hotel is in a perfect location. In walking distance from the Eiffel Tower, do your self a favor and book the room with the view of the Eiffel. The only issue I had was with the front Desk, I found them to bit unfriendly. We stay at the Pullman for 6 night and not once was where we greeted Bonjour. Also just an FYI the hotel does do Corvid- 19 testing for a small fee, I would stay there again but just wish the staff was a bit friendlier

Pros: Great location. Nice hotel. Quick check in and out. Amazing view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. Very comfortable bed. Last but not least the food was amazing. Cons: Huge carpet stain near bed No bathrobes

Nice hotel great location. Staff very professional. Check in and out was very easy. Spent one night, would book again. Hotel was very clean. Restaurant was beyond expectations, with a very nice breakfast buffet.

(1) My rooms were not ready upon my arrival - I had ordered two connecting rooms for me and my twin daughters. On my arrival at 1 PM (which was announced) only one room was ready, I had to take a business call while asking my daughters to keep silent for 3 hours. (2) I had to call reception multiple times to ask when the second room was finally going to be ready. (3) No parking was available (hotel description stating otherwise). I had to assertively ask reception to find a solution to park my car. No replacement solution offered pro-actively. (4) I am a gold member and when I complained again - very angrily at my check-out, I was offered a 150 euros discount off my 1000+ euro bill - whereas I should have been offered at least one of the two rooms for the full stay. I will not come back, I will choose a Novotel next door next time. Location does not do it all, service is fundamental, especially to a recurrent ALL Accor client which is either GOLD or PLATINIUM depending on the years. The only positive note is that the staff at the door, the "bagagistes", the cleaning maids, and the room-service staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is perfect! 1 block away from the Eiffel Tower. We stayed at the hotel because we booked a room with a balcony view of the hotel. The view was amazing, literally right next to it. Overall the hotel was great. Hotel was clean and front desk personnel were very helpful and welcoming. On our last day we decided to get breakfast at the hotel since we were leaving on a an international flight. The breakfast was amazing and well stocked, but was kind of pricey, 30 euros for each adult.

Quick check in, room small, as booked, upgrade to a higher category for Diamond status not included, good hotel location, breakfast buffet sufficient, nice top floor restaurant, unfortunately we were unable to get a table on Saturday night despite being flexible in terms of the available time, it's hard. The hotel did not react in any way on the birthday, even a greeting card was not delivered, I have never experienced such an approach before.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

Recently my husband and I took a trip to Paris, France. Unfortunately, we booked the Pullman Hotel near the Eiffel tower and had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! During our first hour in our room, someone opened our door without knocking. They ended up leaving right away, and I could not get a good look at them due to me trying to get my dogs away from the door. When addressing it with the front desk, they told me I should have put a sign on the front door saying do not distribute. It turns out that housekeeping opened our door; in my opinion, NO ONE should walk into your room without knocking!!! I do not care if it house keeper or room service; they should always knock! But needless to say, they were unbothered that housekeeping just walked into our room and did not even apologize. Additionally, we booked a room with a view of the Eiffel tower, and the only way we saw the tower was if we leaned over the balcony glass. Also, the restroom was not very clean, and they only provided two towels which were not sufficient. Of course, we could have asked for more towels, but this was our FIRST DAY there; why isn't everything fully stocked! Finally, they gave us a map of a parking garage to park our car and guess what? THE GARAGE WAS NOT OPEN, the staff did not even tell us this information, and we ended driving around for an hour trying to find a 24-hour parking garage. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL!!! Due to the terrible experience at this hotel, we ended up booking another hotel the very next day!

I'm used to staying at a lot of Sofitel hotels all around the world, but I opted for this Pullman hotel for practical reasons. Check-in was ok, but could have been a bit warmer given the fact that I'm Gold status (and nearly Platinum status) at Accor. I got my free upgrade to a deluxe room (after asking for it mtself). The room was spacious with a big, comfy bed, a big bathroom with nice rain shower and a small balcony which had an amazing view on the Eifel Tower. I had a Nespresso coffee machine in my room but unfortunately no real Nespresso capsules (the ones provided were some sort of bio coffee and tasted horrendous). There were some complimentary bottles of Evian and Badoit but still, due to corona measures, an empty minibar. I'm used to having complimentary bathing products from Hermés when I'm staying at the Sofitel, but unfortunately here I didn't get any of them. My friend and I visited the hotel rooftop bar which offered an even more incredible view of the Eifel Tower. Cocktails and service in the bar however were really bad AND overpriced. Sleep quality was good : for a hotel this big, there was hardly no night noise at all. I might stay at this hotel again in the future, but still prefer the 5 star rooms, service and amenities of the Sofitel hotels.

It was an amazing day in the hotel, with outstanding view! the only thing that I was expecting is at least a Happy birthday word, since it was my birthday on the day I stayed, and another thing is that i learnt that you cannot order food after 17 to the room, due to regulations I guess, but there was no information regarding it.

Very well located near iconic Eiffel Tower and walking distances to Champs Elysee and Trocadero area. I found the services at the Frame Restaurant tardy and disappointing, particularly when lunching or dining. I would also advice you check your drink bill before payments. You will do well to explore other venues in and around the area.

Отличное расположение, из окна - вид мечты, хорошая звукоизоляция, есть тапочки и халаты, напитки в холодильнике, кофемашина, качественный разнообразный завтрак со свежими круассанами, из замечаний - не очень качественная уборка номера, не каждый день восполняли гель для душа

Прекрасный отель! Пребывание было омрачено процедурой расселения: она была ужасной. Я прождала 3 часа свой номер, сначала сказали, что номер не готов, потом, что не могут найти мою бронь, потом начали оформлять не тот номер, что я заказывала, сказали, что завтраки у меня не оплачены (я их специально оплачивала!!!)... К счастью, благодаря моему терпению, меня всё-таки заселили в заказанный мной номер
