Unfortunately our room was filthy. Particularly the toilet. When we said it to the guy at the reception he said he would send someone up to clean it as we were going out for the evening. When we came back it still hadn't been cleaned. Definitely wouldn't stay again

This is possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There was stains on the floor, window is blacked out so you can’t see out of it, stains on the sheets. We had only been there an hour and checked out instantly. The man on the reception at around 2pm was rude and needs some teaching in customer service. He was unhelpful and uninformative. On the other hand, the lady at the reception around that time was nice and helpful with taking care of our luggage. If I could give lower than a one star I would!!

Broken shower fitting, broken TV, everything needs refurbishment, noise from disco outside until very late, expensive and a reception area like the Wild West with unresponsive staff.

Great wee hotel ideally situated

Stayed a good few times before, the hotel is ideally situated within walking distance of shops pubs and food places, only downfall is the music from the pub next door but the double windows helped a great deal, staff are lovely and friendly

Nice clean rooms with all the facilities needed. Only issues, the toaster was not working on one day for breakfast and no Guinness in the bar :)
