disappointment with the hotel's capabilities

The hotel corresponds to the chain. Breakfasts are excellent. But there is a big but. Huge reconstruction of the pool and spa area. It is hot outside, there is no place to cool off. The hotel simply forgot to inform about this both when booking and when checking in. There is a transfer to the beach. But there is also reconstruction there.

Beautiful hotel but lacking of vent hood

Hotel is clean and look modern with elevators designed as in a spaceship. But the toilet smells may spread over the room because of lacking of vent hood in the toilet room. Breakfast buffet menu is quite bad comparing to other 5-star hotels. The receptionist Quyen is nice and helpful.

Excellent hotel Pullman Vung Tau with the excellent service from Mr Tung Waiter

At 11th floor I met the guy named Mr Tung waiter who gave me an excellent service. The room was very nice. The 11th floor restaurant had amazing view and the food and best service from Mr Tung waiter. Thank you all for wonderful 2 days stay. Thank you Mr Tung a lots

This was my second stay at the Pullman Vung Tau. This time a friend and I shared a Deluxe Room (#923) with two single size beds on a short trip. Not really used to sharing a room I was initially apprehensive, but wanted to help my friend and to my surprise I found it easy as the Room was very spacious with lots of natural light with lovely views of the ocean, plus a huge bathroom. We quickly established a couple of house rules and were able to share without any problems. Due to my Accor loyalty status we were both given free breakfasts which was not included in the original booking and access to the Executive lounge (again not included) which we took up on our second night for some delicious pre-dinner canapés and a couple of complimentary cocktails. The service was wonderful. The morning breakfasts are worthy of a special mention. The selection of both Asian and Western dishes on offer was simply incredible. They actually outdid a another 5 star hotel I stayed with last week in Saigon. It was totally satisfying with spot on service. Also, on the first day we ate lunch in the Riviera restaurant and that too was delicious. Ordering from the A la Carte menu, we ate a mixture of both Vietnamese and Western dishes which again were perfect and the service exceptional. The Pullman Vung Tau is a gem of a hotel with comfortable spacious rooms and beds and lovely service. It is just what you would hope to find when traveling outside of larger cities but rarely do. I was most impressed with my second visit and will come back again.

Great hotel with nice executive lounge and very comfortable room. The food was very diversity. Mr Tung waiter was a friendly guy also very warm welcome with me. Thank you Mr Tung waiter for all the great service you have done for me. I think just only that, that's enough satisfied a small trip for a Diamond guest like me. You made my day Mr Tung
