We are so sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations .Please allow me to express my sincere apologies. First and foremost, concerning our hotel price, we based our prices on Sanya’s market condition, and there are many other hotels that are priced much higher than us and we assure you that you are getting value-for-money while staying with us. About the mold deposits near the air conditioning duct that you saw, just to explain that Sanya is a humid place especially during the Summer and Autumn seasons and whenever the hotel balcony doors are opened for a long time in your room, humidity develops quickly resulting in molds from the air growing near the air conditioning ducts where the cold air meets the hot air. We assure you the molds you saw is an exceptional case that was not cleaned up immediately, and it is not our norm that molds exist in the room. We will further strengthen the room inspection to ensure that this will not happen again. The calcification of the fittings is a norm everywhere in Sanya as we are closed to the sea where the breeze has a higher salt content, but we will strengthen the staff training on to ensure we provide a comfortable living environment for our guests. Thank you for mentioning the staff is hardworking and that we will further emphasize the English communication issue while we assure you that most of the managers are well-versed with the language. At Pullman, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer. Therefore your feedback is very important to us .Please be assured that we will take the appropriate measures to address the problems and prevent future occurrence. Dear florian0000000001， Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Pullman Oceanview Sanya Bay Resort & Spa. We are glad to hear that you mentioned everything was good during your stay with us, except for the Rooftop bar operation hours which closed a little early at 22.00. Please allow me to express my sincere apologies on this. As most of our Resort guests sleeps early around 22:00, and based on our past trends, there are normally no more guests using the Red Sun Bar after this time. Furthermore, there is also an alternative location for our guests to go to the Lobby Bar which has a live singing performance by a Philippine band and closes at 23:30, and is extendable until 0100 am where there are still guests at the bar. Thank you again for sharing your experience, and rest assured, based on your feedback, we will revise the operation hours of the Red Sun Bar immediately to close an hour later, and should there be a request for further extension by our guests, we will accomodate.
