Хорошее расположение, хороший завтрак, гостеприимный персонал. Общее впечатление позитивное, однако следует обратить внимание на некоторые моменты: отсутствие тапочек в номере, набора для чистки зубов.

breakfast was not included in the room rate like in other Ibis Styles hotel. This was a big minus, no bar, no restaurant. The room was very strange, no privacy- rather open bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The location is ok, lots of restaurants, pubs around and relatively close to Brandenburger Tor

good location (close to subway, tram, bus) ; friendly and helpful staff ; great breakfast with many choices ; the single room was very efficiently furbished with a large bed ; since the room was towards the inneryard, it was very quiet (also from the hallway you did not hear any noise)

The property is extremely well-located, there is a tram stop, a metro, and a train station all within walking distance - with the tram and metro even just at the doorstep of the hotel. The hotel is also surrounded by restaurants / dining options. I didn't add a breakfast option to my booking but I was able to grab breakfast in nearby establishments. The staff were also very helpful. While the signage in the room says that cleaning is done every 3 days, my room was cleaned daily - I didn't mind this since it was nice to come home to a tidy room after a tiring convention day (if this was not a business trip I would opt out of the daily cleaning for sustainability). CONS: - The room was really dark, I tried to make do with this by using the lamps and pointing them at different directions but it was still too dark. - For the price point, I would expect a bath mat as well - this was not included in the set-up. - The room size was perfect for a solo traveler, I don't imagine this being a shared room esp if you have big luggage - you won't have any space to open them up. - The TV was not a Smart TV but this is okay given that the hotel is just 2-star, good thing there was international / English channels so I could still watch the news. - The elevator / lift was SLOW. At one point one of the two even broke down. This wasn't much of an inconvenience but I would assume that this may be bothersome for those who are rushing to their appointments. - I was staying in a connecting room and I could hear the flushing from the other room. - Telephone was not working. - Housekeeping forgot to replenish my bath soap even when they were making up my room daily. This was funny. I was worried about the shower water temperature because of the reviews I read on TripAdvisor - but had no problems with this at all. All things considered, this was a pleasant and convenient stay.

Excellent hotel . In a fantastic vibrant part of the city with U bahn and Tram just outside. Top floor room was really cosy and quiet - didn’t hear any other guests at all from the room during my stay. Very comfy bed as well. I had a front facing room and you can hear the distant rumbling of the tram but this sent me off to sleep and certainly wasn’t a distraction. Very helpful staff as well
