T. 様、 この度は当ホテルにご宿泊いただき、またご感想をお寄せいただき、誠にありがとうございました。 この度のご滞在におかれましては、洗面所の排水管からの水漏れで、ご不快・ご迷惑をおかけしてしまい誠に申し訳ございませんでした。この度の対応に関しましては、お言葉の通り、スタッフ間での引継ぎがうまく機能していなかった事はもちろんですが、宿泊前日にお部屋の状況を把握し、問題なくご宿泊いただく様に準備するという通常の基準をみたしておりませんでした。今後、この様なことがないよう、スタッフ間での連絡事項のチェックと管理を徹底して参ります。 またのお越しをお待ちしております。 Mark Mosselman, General Manager

We are delighted that you appreciated the hotel's close proximity to the airport and train station, as well as the convenience of elevator access from the train platform. It's always a pleasure to know that our efforts to ensure ease of access are recognized. We are sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be when a room is not prepared as requested, especially after a late arrival. Moreover, we acknowledge that the quality of our breakfast is of utmost importance, and we regret that it did not live up to your expectations. Finally, we apologize for the oversight with the shower gel in your room. Our goal is to provide a seamless and comfortable experience, and we clearly fell short in these areas. Nonetheless, we are pleased that you were able to take advantage of the complimentary late checkout and that your family enjoyed the double-sized foosball table in our bar area. Dear Guest, We would like to thank you for your review. We are delighted that the comfort of our rooms and the quality of our breakfast offerings met your expectations. With our hotel's industrial design accented by a Dutch touch, and breakfast choices ranging from a full buffet to an express box option, we strive to provide a memorable experience. Nonetheless, we understand that you would have appreciated a shuttle service to the airport. While we do not provide a shuttle due to our commitment to sustainability, we encourage guests to utilize the efficient train or bus options detailed within our guest information, which are both located conveniently close to the hotel. Finally, it is great to know that you found the location of our hotel convenient for your business needs and easily accessible to Amsterdam's city centre. Our proximity to the train station offers a swift 4-minute ride to Schiphol and a short journey to explore the vibrant heart of Amsterdam. We hope to welcome you back in the future.
