Good enough if the City Ibis is booked up

Dear Guest, Thanks for your review about our hotel. We are pleased that you found our location convenient for the tram stop and appreciated the quiet side of our hotel. The size of our rooms is something we take pride in to ensure our guests have a comfortable stay. However, we regret that the entrance was not immediately apparent upon your arrival and that you experienced a delay during check-in. We understand that first impressions are important, and we will reflect on your comments to improve our guests' experiences. Additionally, while our atmosphere aims to be minimalistic and functional, we acknowledge your perception and are always looking for ways to enhance the ambiance of our hotel. Regarding the breakfast, we strive to provide a variety of options, and we apologize for any inconvenience the orange juice availability may have caused. Dear Ibis guest, many thanks for your stay and your feedback. I am very sorry that it was so warm in your room and you had problems with the shower. Our janitor will take care of it. I would like to make it clear that of 6 doors that are emergency exits, all have a door handle as well. Only one door has no door handle and this door is not an emergency exit.
