Good spot but very hot rooms in November

Would I stay here again? Probably. Great location, good rooms, everything you need. They have a store in the lobby selling wine etc. beds super comfortable. Lots of cafes, bars etc and supermarkets close by. The only negative is the heating, the room was so hot with dead air. No option to turn it off. Windows didn’t fully open but it was the only way I could sleep. November this can be expected in Europe though. Don’t miss Le Square restaurant and bar around the corner. Perfect quiet spot outside for a g Glass of champange.

When you do booking they give you based on the availability not the option and payment select and I paid for early check in and they said also based on availability regardless of your payment and it is not refunded it is one star hotel not 4 star. My selection was based on paris city view to enjoy the seen as I wished, but what i got is view of small garden inside the hotel which is view for all the room windows. In addition the staff are trainee not professional with casual clothes and no luggage services . Above of all this the room or the bathroom don’t have the amenities: shampoo, toothbrush, slipper, water for the coffee machine and safety box

This is a small, simple apartment hotel property located in the heart of Paris, a few blocks from l’Opera. The rooms are simply furnished and a little dinged up but the setup is very functional and the bed is comfortable. There is an open seating area in the lobby, and breakfast is provided. Rooms contain is a small but functional kitchen with no oven but other appliances (dishwasher, range, microwave, sink). This setup was a much better option for me than a traditional hotel, as I prefer to have some meals “in” when I travel, eating out for breakfast, lunch and dinner is exhausting. I liked the location, old building, and functionality of the space. Love the old French door windows, which (partially) open. The service is ok, not super helpful but good enough.

Bardzo wygodny i duży tapczan idealny do wypoczynku w nocy po całym dniu zwiedzania. Mało wygodna szafa bo tylko wieszaki bez półek. Śniadanie skromne ale wystarczające, niestety bez dodatków przypraw typu musztarda, sos majonez .Bardzo dobra kawa i ilość napoi bez ograniczeń. Świetny pomysł z butelką na wodę gazowaną do pokoju,korzystaliśmy co dziennie.

Szanowna Pani Iwona, Dziękujemy za Pani pozytywną opinię oraz cenne uwagi. Cieszymy się, że nasza lokalizacja, wygodne łóżko oraz dostęp do napojów spełniły Pani oczekiwania. Przykro nam, że szafa nie była w pełni komfortowa oraz że śniadanie mogło być bardziej urozmaicone. Doceniamy Pani sugestie i przekażemy je naszemu zespołowi. Not recommending It’s been a disastrous experience I will start from good points: located in a great area and clean! Now will continue with disadvantages that are out of common sense for the price you pay: 1. Cleaning room service is not free, 18€ per day 2. you need to pay for the clean towels 3. The floors are cold with no carpets, we were freezing 4. No slippers 5. Breakfast was ok. Never enough eggs or beacon. No variety. At 10:00 even if u r still eating they are asking you to leave the dining area 6. For the price of 260$ per night, all of the above must be put in good and decent order This feedback is not to damage their business but to help them make it better so people who travel to Paris for their special occasion, lived in this city with pleasure and comfort.
