No cleanliness, no hot water for both nights, WiFi is bad, food below average. The non-smoking room was smelling cigarettes and had a hole in sofa. They informed about absence of hot water only after paying on check in. They didn’t show any regret and didn’t even care to check later with us. On a complaint The manager didn’t turn up but asked us to visit him in his cabin and never shown any apologies or regret. They don’t understand hospitality. Highly not recommended. Accor group / Novotel need to fix this properly on very high priority.

Happy staying with Novotel dammam, very nice hotel near main road, has beautiful lobby, breakfast buffer is very nice also lunch and dinner buffet, very helpful team members specially coffee shop team they have nice Costa coffee at the lobby coffee shop Robin he is very good person and give good service in restaurant

Absolutely gross. I was freaked out hy the filth the entire 7 hour stay. Rooms are in a total shambles. There’s broken furniture and paneling everywhere. The light switches are covered in filth. I can’t even imagine what the bathroom is infected with. There’s no cover on the mattress and so you have this little piece of crap separating you from thousands of people. The restaurant was totally disgusting. There was no one working at, the food had been sitting there forever This by far was the most disgusting property I have stayed at in my 20 years of business travel. I was so grossed out I could barely sleep. I was only there for a quick stay because I had to get to the airport at 4 AM. I wore socks because I don’t know what is on the floor. My room overlooked the lobby, which was also disgusting. The TV didn’t work so maintenance had to come and pull the paneling off of the wall to fix the router and then when he put it back in the wall, it didn’t work so I told him to take it out of the wall and leave it there. Either side of the bed has gaping holes where they’re supposed to be paneling. I can’t believe I managed to get out of there without a disease. It was so gross. I also can’t believe I got out of there without food poisoning
