First & foremost, I would like to thank Mr. Mohamed Saleh specially, who was very welcoming prominent in the place he's responsible for & aware of everything related to inform us about the facilities. The room was found clean and as usual everytime a new eye-catching changes like the new complementary bottle of water;

Great stay at the hotel clean room,with amazing view,great facilities and a fantastic buffet spread. Great connectivity to the airport with a bus service just outside the hotel. However what really made it memorable was the staff....incredibly polite and helpful....with special mention to Saleh , Ambika & Roshani who from the beginning to the end were accommodating, approachable and really friendly, really outstanding staff collection

There are so many positive aspects to this hotel it’s difficult to know where to start; Reception: Have never seen a queue the whole time I have been staying at this hotel. The reception staff are very upbeat and always eager to answer any query no matter how trivial. Rooms: Very comfortable, exceptionally clean and serviced regularly to an extremely high standard with all the amenities you would need for a stay away from home. Common areas: Spotless and comfortable. Well equipped gym and good sized pool area. Main Restaurant: WOW!! It’s the only word that can used to describe this place. The choice and continual quality that is on offer is such that it gives some of the ‘best’ hotels in the world a real run for their money, simply fantastic 👏👏! Staff: Saving the best for last. No question the stand out feature of this hotel and that takes some beating…. Always happy, always smiling and always ready to ensure your stay is as comfortable and hassle free as possible. They are all without exception a credit to this hotel group. However it would be remiss of me not to mention Tatjana whose real passion to provide the very best in customer service has to be recognised accordingly.

Excellent service by the hotel staffs Salih & his colleague! Amazing view & ambience if you stay in their the Suite Room. Happy & smiling faces everywhere. Hookah parlor by the backwaters gives you a sense of calm & peace. Would recommend for anyone.

I checked into this hotel for a 2 week stay for work purpose. The check-in process was smooth. The room was tidy, and the washrooms were clean. Amenities were good. The best thing about the stay was the complimentary breakfast with a variety of cuisines. Room service was prompt. Ambika and Roshani assisted well with the smooth checkout process. Overall Ibis abudhabi gate is highly recommended for short stays. Location is easily accessible from the airport
