Great hotel, stayed for over a month. Good room service & staff. Namraj did a great job. Hotel has pool, gym and spa. Good selection of food at breakfast buffet. Taxis wait outside so no issues with transportation. Zoom grocery shop right outside & coffee shops, salon also walking distance.

. We had a pleasant stay. The bed is very comfortable. Fluffy pillow. Room cleaning was done properly. Very hard working staffs. The concierge team too was very efficient. Few staffs I would like to appreciate are Abigail from reception, Tilak from concierge. Unfortunately do not remember the chauffer who picked & dropped us.

I had a fantastic stay at Novotel Abu Dhabi Al Bustan! The guest service was exceptional from start to finish. The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient, making check-in a breeze. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with housekeeping always ensuring everything was perfect. The dining options were top-notch, with a great variety of delicious meals, and the coffee shop was the perfect spot to relax with a great cup of coffee. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I can't wait to return!
