Nat is one of those rare people who truly elevates the guest experience. From the moment my husband and I arrive at the lobby bar, she greets us warmly and makes us feel completely at ease. Her service feels effortless attentive, thoughtful, and always delivered with a genuine smile. What stands out most is how naturally she connects with guests and anticipates their needs. Nat's professionalism, positive energy, and kindness turn a simple evening at the lobby bar into a truly memorable experience. She represents hospitality at its finest and is a true credit to Rixos Saadiyat Island. We also highly recommend the hotel's all-inclusive package, which adds tremendous value and makes the entire stay even more enjoyable and seamless.

We are staying at Rixos Saadiyat Island, and we spend most of our evenings at the lobby bar. My wife and I usually sit outside, and Nat always welcomes us with a genuine warm smile. She knows exactly what we need before we even ask, and she always takes great care of our table. Nat’s service is exceptional she is very attentive, active, and professional, and she truly makes our evenings perfect and happy. Her positive energy and friendliness make a big difference, and she is one of the best waitresses we have ever met. Thank you, Nat, for making our stay even more special.

A perfect stay at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island We had the most amazing stay at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island — everything about it was first class. The resort is stunning, beautifully maintained, and our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The food and drinks were exceptional across all the restaurants and bars. Every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and matched by excellent service. There’s real attention to detail here, and it shows in every aspect of the experience. What makes this place truly special, though, is the staff. Everyone we met was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. A huge shout-out to the beach bar boys — they went above and beyond every single day. Their warmth, energy, and amazing service really made our holiday. Thank you so much to: Gabriel, Jitan, Bushoraj and all the beach bar staff. 5 star service !!! Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island is a true five-star resort in every sense. We left completely relaxed and already can’t wait to come back! We stayed at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island in January 2026, and it was honestly one of the most relaxing and well-rounded resort experiences we’ve had. The location is fantastic — set on beautiful Saadiyat Island, it feels peaceful and exclusive while still being an easy drive to Abu Dhabi city attractions. The real star, though, is the private beach. The sand is soft and white, the water is clear, and it never felt overcrowded. Perfect for long walks and lazy afternoons by the sea. One of the biggest highlights for us was the à la carte restaurants for dinner. The variety and quality of food were impressive, and it really elevated the all-inclusive experience beyond the usual buffet-style dining. Each evening felt like a proper dinner date rather than just a hotel meal. A special mention goes to the staff, who truly made the stay memorable. The team at Turquoise Restaurant, during breakfast — especially Thuta, Pont, and Phu — were consistently warm, attentive, and welcoming, which was such a lovely way to start each day. The bar lounge staff, particularly Nant, were equally friendly and professional, creating a relaxed atmosphere in the evenings and always serving with a smile. Overall, Rixos Saadiyat strikes a perfect balance between luxury, comfort, and hospitality. We left feeling completely recharged and would absolutely return.

My stay at Rixos Abu Dhabi was elevated by the outstanding fitness programming led by Kaan and his team from Exclusive Sports Club. The experience offered a rare and thoughtful balance between structured training and relaxation, making it ideal for a short wellness-focused getaway. The range of classes — including functional strength training, CrossFit-style workouts, boxing, and yoga — was well curated and seamlessly integrated into the weekend. Each session was purposeful, adaptable, and designed to complement recovery rather than compete with it. What truly stood out was the quality and energy of the trainers. Highly professional, motivating, and attentive, they created an environment that felt both welcoming and performance-driven. Their enthusiasm and expertise added immense value to every session.
