I can’t believe it is a 5 stars hotel, they have very serious issues from hygiene, to safety (pool area), to services (including room service, valet parking) and to finish the hotel manager is totally absent, tried to reach out to him/her to share the feedback in vain despite trying 3 times over 5 days… the photos attached were for 5 days with not a single day having a room service made in a suite where a family of 4 was staying! We ended up going to the reception to ask even for toilet paper!!! extremely disappointed from the 5 stars and even more from being an Accord hotel!! Last day when checking out the deputy hotel manager reached out and promised to investigate on all the issues shared but obviously nothing was done and no follow up was made. Absolutely careless management. A real pity as location and potential are high but all the rest is disappointing and even dangerous.

I stayed for 2 nights Very clean great location and lovely staff Specially Nasir Abdul Rahim who went out of his stay! He helped me as I had a medical problem, went out of his way and ensured I had a comfortable stay! Hospitality needs more people like you and I am so happy to give you a star Review

A great option for a budget stay in AD

I stayed here with my family for around 4 weeks when I moved to the city. I would highly recommend it for that purpose but also for a budget orientated city break. The room was extremely spacious and well equipped. It was very comfortable. The facilities are very good, the gym is well equipped, the pool is spacious. We only ate breakfast once and it was good quality. We had some issues with the cleaning of the room, this kept happening too late in the day which was inconvenient as we were cooking etc. But this did eventually get resolved. And the cleaning itself was very good! The staff overall were great too - friendly, helpful, efficient. Lastly the location is fantastic for food - lots of authentic, budget eats in the area. It’s also well located for trips to the beach/malls.

My family and I recently returned to Abu Dhabi, and this hotel is always our first choice. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One family member even left a valuable item behind, and the team responded promptly when we inquired about it. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Mohammed from the front office was especially attentive. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and felt very well taken care of. This place is a real gem, and we will definitely keep coming back. Kudos to all 🎉🎉

It was already my third stay at this hotel. Overall everything is fine, although I almost always have problems with the air conditioning. This time it didn’t work at all, but a technician came, reset the system, and it started working. Apart from that, everything was OK. The rooms are comfortable, and the beds too, although for some people they may be too firm. Very good breakfast. Good prices in the hotel restaurant, so if you don’t feel like going to the city, you can easily eat there. A quiet pool without crowds. Good location. Overall, I recommend it and I’ll be coming back during future stays in Abu.
