My family and I recently returned to Abu Dhabi, and this hotel is always our first choice. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One family member even left a valuable item behind, and the team responded promptly when we inquired about it. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Mohammed from the front office was especially attentive. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and felt very well taken care of. This place is a real gem, and we will definitely keep coming back. Kudos to all 🎉🎉

It was already my third stay at this hotel. Overall everything is fine, although I almost always have problems with the air conditioning. This time it didn’t work at all, but a technician came, reset the system, and it started working. Apart from that, everything was OK. The rooms are comfortable, and the beds too, although for some people they may be too firm. Very good breakfast. Good prices in the hotel restaurant, so if you don’t feel like going to the city, you can easily eat there. A quiet pool without crowds. Good location. Overall, I recommend it and I’ll be coming back during future stays in Abu.

I made a reservation about two weeks ago, but the staff ignored my messages until I CC'd the general manager. As soon as I stopped including the general manager in my requests, the staff stopped responding again. Additionally, they sent me a letter demanding that I pay cash for my stay, even though I booked through the official website using my card. This situation makes the hotel feel sketchy. I have already informed my credit card company to be prepared in case they attempt to charge my account without authorization.

Severe incident - falling roof

The hotel is decent looking from outside in a good location. We stayed room no 408 and 409 with our family for two nights last week from 22/10 to 24/10 . We have got one room upgrade from studio to one bedroom apartment . Things were so good till that time . The room service operator was pathetic , very difficult to make him understand what we want . We got some omelettes after 45 minutes , one cutlery for four plates . Food was ordinary , immensely overpriced. Breakfast spread was good but badly managed . One big guy looks like a supervisor busy with his social media on smartphone and two girls trying their best to take care of many people but they were not enough . Coffe machine as usual malfunnctioned . He real incident happened on 24th morning , roof of one washroom suddenly fell on my daughter, she was in shock . We run to other room and saw whole roof was about to collapse. It could have been lot worse accident . The reaction from the hotel was slow and indifferent Never experience roof is falling on guest’s head . During check out , reception offered some free cakes from coffe shop as compensation! Such a joke . Its an old run down property , better to avoid . Plenty options in Abu Dhabi . .
