Wonderful stay so far and even would have loved to extend. Great location, great service and atmosphere felt friendly. Food was lovely too with kind service from Narender and team, also for pick up Shivesh. And generally, all working for the hotel are helpful. Will definitely stay again!

Neither stay in future nor advised any body to do so.

Location is Good. Atmosphere is well. Room not upto the mark compared to price Bathroom setup horrible Cleanliness not upto the standard as the used utensils are kept open in the corridor. Noise level is ok service - One of the worst I have seen in India. Frontline managers seating at reception are too bad. Erratic behavior, lack of politeness etc. Complimentary breakfast not upto the standard.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Novotel Juhu. We booked a 2-night holiday solely for our children to enjoy the beach and the pool area. However, the management decided to close the beach entry from the hotel for the entire day due to a private social event. ​When we tried to at least look at the beach from the hotel premises in the evening, we were stopped again because of "event preparations." It is unacceptable to charge premium rates for a beach resort and then deny guests access to the very thing they booked for. ​It is clear that Novotel values private event revenue over the experience of their staying guests. Our family holiday was wasted. I would not recommend this place to families looking for a relaxing vacation.

I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Gitika, Neha, and Sanika on the 7th floor of Novotel Mumbai for their kind hospitality and the way they went the extra mile to make my family and children feel so special. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care transformed our stay into a truly memorable experience, reminding me that it is the small gestures that create lasting impressions. I am grateful for the professionalism and kindness they displayed throughout, and I am delighted to support such promising young talent.
