The hotel was conveniently located near many restaurants in the port area, all within walking distance. Rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff were helpful, and a good breakfast in the morning.

Ideal for D-Day beaches

I stayed here to make use of the location to visit Normandy and the landing beaches. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, had good facilities, air con and the bathroom was clean and well spaced. I was aware no tea/coffee facilities, so had brought my own travel kettle, which was not a problem. I had a harbour view with a balcony and did not find any excess noise from the fishing boats arriving. Lots of restaurants and a few shops down at the seafront, which made a pleasant morning walk and a fabulous place to watch the sunset. There is parking at the rear of the hotel and also appeared to be additional spaces both at the front and "lower" back of the hotel. Evening meals / snacks are available, with some smaller snacks appearing available at all hours - maybe after late / early ferries? Breakfast was also available and this was the only problem I found for my whole stay - the meat / cheese was not covered and there were flies constantly landing / crawling over them. Didn't seem to bother most, but it didn't appeal to me. I stuck to the covered foods, which were delicious / warm and also the coffee was lovely. Maybe a couple of covers for the cheese and meats?? I am hoping to return to Normandy with my family and this is where we will aim to stay.

Our hotel is located on the edge of the town's fishing port, with some of our rooms offering views of the port, and some even have a balcony. Our hotel has its own private parking lot, equipped with electric charging stations, which is only closed at night. Please ask at reception how to access it. While our establishment does not have a restaurant, you can find a wide selection within a 10-minute walk. For those who don't want to go out, our hotel offers snacks and pizzas. Our breakfast, served as an all-you-can-eat buffet, offers a wide selection of hot and cold items, including eggs and bacon, as well as local products (cheeses, honey, and apple jelly). A great location overlooking the fishing port, and just a short walk to the main part of town with the shops, cafes and restaurants. There is free parking at the back of the hotel (just follow the signs) which is a real bonus. Very comfortable bed, enough storage space for clothes etc., bathroom had everything you need with a very decent shower cubicle. Only thing lacking, perhaps, was tean and coffe making facilities in the room, but that is typical of a lot of French hotels. The buffet breakfast is excellent, plenty of choice, freshly prepared, good selection of teas and coffees, and staff are really attentive and ensure that items are replenished as and when necessary. And finally a shout out to all the staff who were extremely courteous, efficient and mpore than happy to help in any way they could.

Recently had a great stay here. Great location. Free parking at rear. Follow the signs to the car park and there is a bridge and you enter on the 2nd floor beside the lift. Receptionist on the ground floor, Our room was clean and basic. We had a nice view of the port. There is no coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day. Reception staff were very helpful. There is a pleasant bar area. It is about a ten minute walk to the centre of the town where there are numerous restaurants and little shops
