Нет тапочек, нет зубного набора, нет ежедневной питьевой воды (мне поставили 1 бутылку на 5 дней), нет чайника по запросу

Dear Mrs L. L., Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are sorry to learn that certain amenities and services did not meet your expectations. I would like to shed light on this situation. The slippers are available at the reception just as the dental kit and kettles. Furthermore, we do provide drinkable cold and fresh filtered tap water at our bar for free if you need it. The water bottle in your room is a free complimentary bottle but not replaced every day. Do not hesitate next time to stop by the reception and ask our receptionists for any amenities you would like. Your comments have been shared with the relevant teams so they can be taken into consideration as part of our ongoing efforts to improve our services and the clarity of the information provided to our guests before and during their stay.
