Based on Email from Accor with 50% discount till 30-09-2020 stay. However when i approach Ibis Fuj Accor they did not allocate me 50% discount for my stay during 19-20/09/2020. And they are offering 50% on next stay 26-09-2020 offering same discount. Which means purposly the offer was not offerred to me. And after check in i had to leave within 6 hours due to urgency work but however there is no flexible option for customers to get refund half of the amount pay or vice versa.

Day Use rates are not available and as you might have read it in your Registration Card reservation cancellation is not possible once you checked -in . This is not my first time ti stay at Ibis Fujairah since I am a platinum member with accor life. The rooms are nice and well organised with comfortable amenities. The curtains are not practicable always fall down when used. The idea of double curtains is very good to have black out curtains to eliminate lights for total darkness. The GYM is fully equipped and good space out. The Pool is like and olympic one. I was so delighted to stay at Ibis Fujairah. It will be my first choice allways.

I wanted to experience what it was like to stay at Ibis so I booked this room with cautious optimism hoping it would be a good experience. The first room we checked into smelled really bad (like cats), but the front desk immediately sent someone up to the room to escort us to a new room that was much better. I was impressed by the simplicity of the offering with Ibis...basically, everything we needed for a great value. We were only in Fujairah for two nights (quick recreational visit over the weekend), so Ibis was a perfect solution. Thanks so much!

The furniture inside the hotel room is too old. Money value is not good. Inside room for brush kit also ask to need to pay. Even small hotel room also having brush kit it's free also the standard room is so bad. Customer service is not good. overall unsatisfied from the service.

Recently checked in after my sign off. first isue was the room was non smoking to change that room it ook more than 1.5 hrs. room services was very super slow . rooms are exclusive and great no complain about that only issue i had been through was not at happy with the service and food of the hotel for rest all specially taking covid in consideration it was great ..

It was lovely experience but phone, internet, and tv were not working for which have to follow up to resolve. Matter was resolved amicably. Break fast was really amazing with great service. We as family enjoyed a lot.

During my stay in Hotel I have noticed that no Veg Options were available for Lunch / Dinner. Upon asking the representative I was informed that we don’t have any Veg option neither can it be made available.

My experience was ok The only disappointment I had is, more than once I was in a rush after breakfast, I couldn’t have my coffee at the hotel so I asked for a takeaway cup to fill up my coffee in and go, which is something very normal, they said we don’t have in a very careless way and didn’t even try to look for any other solution and left me like that, and it happened more than once. That was very disappointing for me, hope you can fix it in the future. Thanks.
