Prompt response whoever you call. Friendly and supportive staff. Attending complaint and fixing immediately. Good cozy environment. Realized lack of fresh air as the only window is locked and no fresh air flow in the room. Rest everything is good.

The overall experience was disappointing. No reception desk. Rooms not clean. Slow service and support. No hand towels. Cockroaches in the room. Dissatisfied.

Excellent - amazing welcoming staff, hot shower, soft bed, great food, good coffee. The pool and gym was also amazing. Even stayed an extra night!

Stay was what I expected. I tried to book directly with Accor but the pricing was hirer than the OTAs. Tried to do the right thing but if your rates are not cheaper or at least the same you are going to lose $ to the OTAs.

Ibis is one of my favourite chains and the Fujairah property is no different. Its good value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful. The options for meals is a bit limited. There needs to be better signage for the underground car park.

I had done online check in. My room was ready and my keys ready on counter .it took only 5-7 min for front office staff to accomdate me.Kudos to front office staff and the breakfast serving area staff they were very polite and courteous.

Francisco was excellent. Understood the exact needs and requirements of Guests. Ordinary staff (somehow smiling is like a distant memory). Breakfast was good, but served in Novotel (minor inconvenience)
