Disappointing Stay

My experience at this hotel was far from pleasant. The room had a bad odor that made my stay uncomfortable. The reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful—they often ignored calls to the front desk. To make matters worse, they delayed returning my laundry, adding to the frustration. I expected better service and hospitality.

The room accomodations are basic, simple, comfortable (good bed). A/C function perfectly. The staff is helpful. Little lack of organization/communication between the front desk and the breakfast schedule. I was told that the breakfast is 6h30 to 10h30, but on Sunday I came late at 9h30 and at 9h45 they were removing the food from the buffet, I felt rushed. The pool area is great, the outside terrasse is spacious for the service bar and restaurant. Very relaxing space.
