All of my request/preferences are given, thanks for that. But I notice the hotel is dirty, hallways, pool area, rooms. I guess it is because of the pandemic you cost cut some HK. Hallway - visible dirt on the carpet since we arrived until check out. Pool Area - I am not sure if the pool was clean, because there is no good chlorine smell. But around the pool visible dirt on the floor. Stain on the sunbed and not to mention the pool is not tempered. Room - Dust is visible from the round vanity mirror, on top of the TV rack, bed liner and bathroom sink tiles are fading away. The curtain is falling out, I tried to fix it but the adhesive tape is not working anymore. By the way, the spikes you place on the parking is not a good idea. You can put a barrier instead that can detect cars going in and not the opposite side. I guess you are trying drivers not to go the opposite side. It scares people that have no idea how it works.

I came up to Fujairah for an early morning fishing trip with my son and his friend. We just need a place to crash the night before to avoid the drive up in the wee hours.

Speechless and dont know how to describe. The third floor has mold and smells bad. They cannot get a breakfast order right to save their lives. I will not be going back. While the management seems concerned and tried to make it right the next morning the complimentary breakfast was still wrong. I saw mold and water damage on the walls and it smelled really bad walking down the hallway. You just wanted to hurry and get into your room

Every was on point, and before I continue my apologies that I am not able to remember everyone’s name. The lady at the reception on our arrival was very welcoming and informative, Gunesh and Alek made our evening when they got us the cider and the house keeping guy who was taking of our rooms did such a great job and also have such good eye for details and easily understand that we prefer our tissue boxes in the room rather than the washroom, the breakfast was always on point specially the omelet and they did not refuse when I ask them for takeaway to take to the because my fiancé was still asleep that day. I would say it was amazing stay and definitely will be trying out other Accor properties. Thank you all so much for such wonderful stay

The room was smelling with smoke although requested non smoking

I checked into the room at midnight and requested for a non smoking room. However, couldn't sleep due to the smell of smoke. The team then reallocated a room at about 3.30 AM. The reception claims that its a non smoking floor and room, however this room was used for smoking. Surprised, that this was not even found out by the house keeping.

It was a nice experience but I have some notes which I would like to take into consideration which is poor cleaning of the rooms and opening the door of the room when no response as there is no privacy for the resident

Ibis is one of my favourite chains and the Fujairah property is no different. Its good value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful. The options for meals is a bit limited. There needs to be better signage for the underground car park.
