A nice place, fairly inexpensive, great service. Room was smaller but nice. Pool was cold and overcrowded. Arabic restaurant in Ibis sude was fab.

The swimming pool area and staff were excellent, as were the check in staff. Very efficient. The bathroom was very good. Nice layout and fully equipped. The view from the room was also very good. TV had a good range of channels. Small wardrobe space. The room was clean but had a damp musty smell.

We had a lovely weekend, amazing food and drinks at the hotel bar! We came from another hotel where the Covid management was very poor and in Novohotel Fujairah we felt safe again :)

very comfortable bed, love the size of the bathroom and set up of storage and space in the room. The gym is absolutely excellent- I love the range of machines and they are in very good condition. The gym and pool are actually important factors that would make me choose this hotel again. Breakfast was adequate. Good range and taste was alright. Housekeeping could be slightly better. For example, they kept changing the towels eve though we didn't leave the towels on the floor as directed by the sustainability message. They also changed the bedsheets daily even when not asked. So, I think there should be follow through of the sustainability goal.

The room had bad odors from the dirty carpet. The cost per night is much higher in comparisson with other hotels in fujairah when it comes to room size services and cleanliness.

I ddnt like that much my stay ,, - i choose a room same as the pictures are in the website, i was choked when I entered the room was way different than the picture , and smaller than the one i saw ! - for the breakfast ,, i was waiting more than 20 minutes to enter the restaurant , when it came to my turn, they let somebody eles to enter instead of me !!

The stay was ok. We have stayed in a Novotel in Abu Dhabi before so we were familiar with the room set up with the single sofa bed for our 11 year old daughter. Our room number was 2228. When it came time to set up the bed it took more than 1 hour and 3 different phone calls until someone finally arrived to set up the bed. When the young man showed up he had brought a roll away bed with him. We didn't understand why he was bringing the separate bed but his English was not good and my daughter wanted to go to sleep so we let the young man set it up. Breakfast was good and your morning restaurant team did a great job working together to take care of each guest as they walked up to the buffet ropes. I am in F&B and know good teamwork when I see it. Your guys did VERY well!! That same teamwork philosophy is not shared by all of your hotel team. We left a bag of garbage outside our room. We had the room service guys bring us 2 wine glasses. They were delivered but instead of the young man picking up the trash he left it. Why leave it? Our bag and another maybe 5 rooms down the hall were left all night. Both bags were still there in the morning when we left for breakfast. I recommend in the gym you have a big water container where someone can get a disposable cup of water and they have the option to refill their own water bottle. I ran out of water and left the gym early because I was thirsty. Maybe you don't have water because of Covid?

Me and my husband went for a trip to fujairah. it was our first time to see and explore the place. we decided to stay in novotel fujairah because its affordable and location was great. its in city center, near malls and other places to see in fujairah. Room was clean, breakfast was great and reception allowed us to extend one hour after the check out time.

A great COVID-19 Stay

It's always great to return to a place that feels like home. The reception team took such good care of me, on such short notice. The kitchen staff took good care of me as well. I had a last minute online meeting and couldn't come down. The only thing that I ask, is for management to give those like me the choice of eating breakfast in our rooms. I missed a bit of work having to go down to breakfast. Other than that, I loved my room.

I was frustrated with the focus on policy over people. It seemed like employees are not empowered to take care of customer needs. They are more like robots only checking computers to make decisions about taking care of customers.

It was a great hotel to stay for short period while I have scuba diving in Fujairah. They are so friendly. The hotel is cleaned and sanitizing all the rooms. The room was large and cleaned. Lots of parking lots. They have a gym and swimming pool
