For a Novotel, the hotel is very dated. Setting that side, the hallways and rooms have a damp musty smell, the shower smelled like pee... We managed for a night but we're happy to check out and leave.

The hotel is clean and accomodating. The staffs are friendly especially Basantha who is very friendly and assisted us of everything we need. The room has a nice scent in it and it is very clean. The cafeteria is full pf delicious food. Highly recommending this hotel to all tourist who comes in fujairah.
