Polite staff- quiet place. Humidity smells, late house keeping service, too much cold( the cover sheet was light not warm even we switch off the A/C.

I walked into a quiet, clean, spacious, and well lit lobby. The guard who takes my temperature wasn't there to greet me or take my temperature. I am negative for COVID-19, so it's ok. I waited for a little while, then I was greeted, checked-in, and asked to wait for my keys and my room to be made ready. I do not know if I received an upgrade. But I missed my fruit platter with chocolate strawberries, and card. I hope I get it next time. My dinner was on the house because it was a little late. I was surprised and grateful Housekeeping did a very good job of making sure my room was cleaned and gave me the water I needed.

Nice friendly check in. Enjoyable relaxed staying. Unfortunately, the person who did the check out for me wasn't wearing the mask properly (the mask covers only the mouth, the nose wasn't covered). This shows that eather the staff don't take safety precaution seriously or there is no proper induction.

Was good experience including check in and staying, but check out was was not that satisfactory because the lady who did the check out for me didn't wear the mask properly (the mask was covering the mounth only, didn't cover the nose). This makes me uncomfortable during the checkout.

When we arrived late at night, we got a room on 17th floor, that smelled a lot like fungus. We quickly realized that sleeping there won't be possible. Got a room move arranged for us very quickly, and second room was totally fine. I didn't understand, though, why balconies and windows are all locked. I think a little bit of air at night won't harm these rooms at all. The shower in the room reminded me of sprinklers in the lawns: that many holes were in that hose. I used the gym and really liked it. Although I was there for 1 hour and didn't see any cleaners coming in and sanitizing it. Overall room was clean. We didn't visit any restaurants, though, and didn't use the pool either, so I can't comment on that. I was one night stay, cause we had some work in Fujairah city.
