Everything was fine except for the long queues for dinners.

My husband flew in early the morning of check-in...while my flight arrived later in the evening. The manager was very nice and was able to accommodate my husband for early checkin. We are very thankful because he had been flying through the night and was exhausted. There is plenty to do at this resort and at a way better pricing then in Dubai. It is now our most favorite hotel to stay at in the whole UAE area. They have nice music and dancing at one of the bars...and the ladies nights are worth going to .

How to find the right words to start my comments. Everything from the basement till the top floor of the hotel, from the bell boy till the top management, from the trolly service, room services, restaurant services and friendly staff, laundry services till receiption services, from the warm welcome till a big good smile everything was more than perfect and flawless. Last but of course not the least the panoramic view of beautiful Fujairah city from the hotel window is unmatchable. Good job everyone @ Novotel Hotel. Bravo !! Happy New Year 2020

Check in + smooth . Staff was friendly . - no offer for welcome drink. Room was not ready at 4pm check in Room * clean . Felt fresh - window had dust. No dental kit available Restaurant + good spread . Friendly staff - nothing Gym/pool + well maintained - reluctant to provide min towels despite low traffic . Make Staff peeping into gym at ladies timing. Very disappointing. Check out- good

The experience could be better if the hotel didn't charge us twice and till now the problem is not solve, the staff in the restaurant were not friendly.

I have just finished my investigation into your allegation and can see that a pre-authorisation was taken from your card for your booking via Booking.com. All this does is blocks the amount on your card to ensure that your booking can be covered when you leave. Only then is the amount actually deducted from your account which happened when you changed your booking to 2 nights. What I will apologise for is you not feeling that our restaurant staff were particularly friendly. We generally receive only good feedback about how friendly and helpful our entire team is and are sorry this was not your experience on this occasion.
