reservations and receptions are great!!! professional staff. quite not happy, dissappointed with your breakfast buffet. few choices of food. the server was not approachable/ welcoming to your guest. they really need improvement on quality of service.

The hotel is nice and room too. Staff was very polite and helpful. Food was great too… but there was something shoking we faced which actually spoiled all above points and made us count days before we leave- it’s a high humidity INSIDE the room. When we checked in, this what we noticed first as bed and sofa were wet. We called Meintinence man to inform but he said we should try to keep AC as low as possible so it might help, but instead plus humidity it was also freezing. As i had with me infant baby I couldn’t risk to keep this temperature. Any way no matter what temperature we put, still every night we had to iron out bed to go to sleep, things in the closet was wet too, even carton box from cookies what we had in our table became soft. I never saw something like this… this might be due to high floor or else its in all the hotel the same. Anyway we stayed there for 3 nights and really we suffered. It fmade us forget all the good things about the hotel ☹️

We enjoyed the place, good location the room was nice and cozy! The only thing was the water from the shower was leaking outside. We liked the restaurants (Arjeel and Bookstore). The buffet was also good, however, waiting time to get food was a little bit long. But overall, it was a lovely experience to stay!

Me and my friends are happy with our stay with your hotel. It’s just that I felt kinda off and with racism. While waiting for my turn to check-in the two in front of me were offered orange juice drink while I was just staring and waiting if the hotel staff will offer to me as well. Unfortunately she did not. So I am really disappointed not for the drinks but the treatment.

Room was neat and clean, luxurious washroom, nice view from the room, hotel has inhouse restaurants, but there are good restaurants close to the hotel too. Staff are professional and polite, facilities in the hotel (swimming pool and carpark etc are nice too)

My husband and i have just returned from a very enjoyable break staying at both the Novotel Fujariah and Fairmont Dibba both of which showed us the highest standards of service and cleanliness. I do feel though that i would like to mention to you an unacceptable experience that we had at the Novotel on Sunday 20th June. We had decided to dine in the hotel and chose the Book Store SpeakEasy bar. This bar was offering a deal of Buffet and unlimited beverages for the price of AED349. As it was a Sunday evening and we we had early morning plans we decided instead to order from the menu and to purchase a couple of drinks, all of which was delicious. We arrived in the bar at 7pm, the start time of the event, at the same time there were 3 other groups, with us a total of 7 people. The buffet was set up and ready for the event at this stage. We did take a look at the food, which looked delicious at this point, but the total cost far out weighed what we would consume, so carried on with our original plan. The food selection was 6 “domes” containing vegetable options, 3 racks of 7 lamb chops, a full rib of beef, 20 x slices of beef, at least 28 chicken drum sticks, accompanying gravies and sauces together with starters and sweet selection. This food sat under heat lamps for the 1hr 45minutes that we were there untouched. Mentioning this to a member of staff they commented that the food would be disposed of as, because of Covid, it couldn’t even go to staff meals. There are a number of points that I feel have not been considered and have led to this unacceptable, and unethical, food waste. This bar had previously been closed on a Sunday, i can only assume, as this would be your quietest night. AED350 is the same price as a Dubai Friday Brunch at a very popular restaurant overlooking the Burj Al Arab, on a Saturday the very same event is reduced to AED250. Personally i don’t know of anyone who partakes in such a deal on a school/work night. This food was prepared with zero bookings for the event. If you did have a late rush of tables, the food would have been pretty inedible. Current COVID protocols would have, i estimate, only allowed for a maximum of 30 people in the space and even that would have been very tight. At a time when we should all be considering sustainability in every decision that we make this whole event feels very flawed. Your comments would be greatly appreciated on this. On the plus side this restaurant is, literally, a hidden gem. We didn't eat there on the Saturday night as i was imaging a small, smokey, bar with a limited menu. How wrong was I! Great menu, food and smoke-free, you should really highlight this fact!

A great COVID-19 Stay

It's always great to return to a place that feels like home. The reception team took such good care of me, on such short notice. The kitchen staff took good care of me as well. I had a last minute online meeting and couldn't come down. The only thing that I ask, is for management to give those like me the choice of eating breakfast in our rooms. I missed a bit of work having to go down to breakfast. Other than that, I loved my room.

I was frustrated with the focus on policy over people. It seemed like employees are not empowered to take care of customer needs. They are more like robots only checking computers to make decisions about taking care of customers.

Best hotel to stay for short period

It was a great hotel to stay for short period while I have scuba diving in Fujairah. They are so friendly. The hotel is cleaned and sanitizing all the rooms. The room was large and cleaned. Lots of parking lots. They have a gym and swimming pool

Had an amazing Stay thanks to Novotel Fujairah team for a great weekend. The room for super clean and the bed was so soft and luxurious. The F&B and The front office team were exceptional. Especially the F&B manager Mr Alek and duty manager Mr Shahid were so helpful and kind. Very professional approach to Covid -19 with regular temperature check on entry as well as lots of hand sanitizing stations. Highly recommend hotel . Will soon plan to visit the hotel again.

Had a very bad experience and surely regret my stay in Novotel, would have been better if booked in Arjan Rotana which is a stone throw distance from this place. The service was bad and the rudeness with which the reception reacted to our feedback made it more worse.
