Perfecte ligging in de stad tussen absolute centrum en Montmartre, vlakbij grote en nette parkeergarage (rue de Rome 20) en station voor trein, RER en metro. Prima kamers. Perfect onderhouden en netjes. Beste ontbijtservice van Parijs met schitterend personeel en verse, lekkere gerechten. Prachtig fitnesszaaltje met prima onderhouden Technogymtoestellen (twee loopbanden, twee hometrainers, twee crosstrainers, yogamat, krachtoefeningenbank...). Mooie spa. Vriendelijk, ervaren en zeer gedreven personeel van receptionisten over ontbijtzaalbedienden tot onderhoudsmedewerkers. Perfecte prijs/kwaliteitverhouding.

Hotel is goed gelegen bij het Hare Saint Lazare, ziet er netjes uit, redelijke voorzieningen. Maar de schoonmaak van de kamer laat echt te wensen over. Ik heb elke dag om nieuwe handdoeken moeten vragen, de badkamer werd dan een beetje schoongemaakt, de rest(bed, vloer) sowieso niet. De kruimels van vrijdag lagen er maandag nog. In de koelkast een half aangebroken flesje appelsap; geen mineraalwater zoals beloofd.

De hygiene en het poetsen van de kamer is top. Bravo voor de kamermeisjes. Het ontbijt was uitstekend en gezellig. Het was er niet overbevolkt en rustig.Prima.

We zijn erg blij te horen dat u opnieuw van uw verblijf hebt genoten, evenals van de netheid van de kamer en het heerlijke ontbijt. We vinden het ook heel fijn om te horen dat kamer 506 u nog steeds zo goed bevalt. Uw trouw en vriendelijke woorden doen ons veel plezier. Uw complimenten doen ons bijzonder veel deugd, en we zullen ze zeker doorgeven aan ons onderhoudsteam, met een speciale vermelding voor al onze kamermeisjes, wier dagelijkse inzet elk verblijf aangenaam maakt.
