Dear Guest, We are grateful for your feedback. We are sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Our cleaning service is scheduled to take place once a week for stays of 8 nights or more, and we understand this may not align with your needs for a more frequent service. We also regret that the air conditioning did not function to your satisfaction and that the breakfast options fell short of your preferences.
