Had a fantastic stay at this clean and comfortable hotel . It's just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and also the Metro . Got a small shop inside as well as bar and restaurant. Beds are comfy and staff are friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay again .

Lovely stay , close to the Eiffel Tower , good for metro . Lovely clean room . Very friendly staff . Made our stay very enjoyable. Didn't eat in the hotel but there are facilities for this . There is also a little shop inside for anything you may need , water etc .

Our family stayed here for a few days recently and were really excited about our break. Sadly the hotel turned out to be extremely disappointing. The family room did not have aircon (we really felt this during the heatwave) and was very small and tired looking. It clearly hadn't been refurbished for a while.There also wasn't enough food at the breakfast buffet and the quality of it was poor. I also had a horrible experience when I tried to join my family for breakfast in the restaurant one morning. The woman at the front desk of the restaurant (Solange) looked me up and down and then demanded to know very rudely which room I was staying in. This was despite our family having breakfasted there for the two mornings previously (breakfast was included with our room). I politely informed Solange of my room number but that wasn't enough for her as she made a waiter (Muhammed) follow me all the way to the table where my family were eating. He was also rude and aggressive. My family have Asian heritage and the day before my husband had been approached by a waiter in the same restaurant demanding to know why he was there when he was quietly waiting to get a coffee at the breakfast buffet. The incident made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I was in tears at breakfast. Incidentally, we tried to complain about this at the hotel reception and they were not interested. If you are staying here, when you check out take a taxi from the rank outside the hotel. Do not order it from the hotel front desk as they quoted us twice the price. Paris is an amazing city and we wanted our children to experience as much of it as possible, so we spent as little time as we could in the hotel. It is hugely disappointing that such an expensive hotel makes guests so unwelcome and doesn't provide basic amenities. I strongly recommend that you don't stay here.

The rooms here were the best we stayed in while we were visiting France. We had a great view of the Eiffel Tower from our hotel window. If shopping is your wants there is PLEANTY! If you find the right souvenir shop, you can take home something for everyone. The rooms were very comfy and very clean. You will not be disappointed.

Disappointing Experience at Novotel Eiffel Tower

stay at the Novotel, Eiffel Tower was extremely disappointing. The room was unbearably hot with no air circulation, and despite raising the issue multiple times over two days, all we were given was a fan. I have severe allergies, and being told the air system wasn’t working—without offering a proper solution—was unacceptable. There were supposedly no other rooms available until the third day, when they asked us to pack up and said they’d move us. We had plans that day and left our bags with the front desk, expecting to come back to a new room in the evening. When we returned, there was no room prepared for us, and they tried to put us back in the same overheated room. After more back-and-forth, we were told the air systems don’t run this time of year, which was a complete contradiction to what we were told earlier. Eventually, they moved us to another room, but the entire process was frustrating and unnecessarily drawn out. On top of that, we tried to get champagne glasses delivered to the room. We were passed around from one extension to another, and no one seemed capable—or willing—to help. There was absolutely no effort from the staff to support or assist us. The service was poor across the board, and not a single staff member showed the courtesy or hospitality you’d expect from a hotel in such a prime location. Overall, the lack of care, poor communication, and complete absence of basic hospitality made this stay incredibly disappointing. Would not recommend.
