I spent a weekend at this hotel. It is in a good location , the price was fair and the service was good. The breakfast was varied and regularly refreshed. All the staff I met were professional and friendly. The room was a bit small not a real problem for a weekend but would not be comfortable for any longer . Small thing I did not like being charged €3 per person for our bags being stored from when we checked out at 11am until we collected them at 1:30pm sane day.

Excellent location. Properties biggest usp is its location! It is literally 10 mins walk from the Eiffel Tower. Rooms and cozy and spacious. Breakfast they can improve on. We stayed here for 5 days and all 5 days they and exact same breakfast spread. Staff is helpful courteous and friendly. They even helped us locate which train to be taken for our next day journey. I will recommend this place if you want to stay closer to Eiffel Tower as it’s safe. Other torirusts had to run to the train station every night after watching the Eiffel Tower blink all we had to do was get down from our hotel and watch. If you are travelling with a child it’s a highly recommended place as everything is just 5 mins walk. Train station bus stop and most important the Eiffel Tower ☺️

We stayed here for 2 nights last week. Great location, friendly staff, hotel reception and bar are modern and lovely. Our room was quite outdated, rooms need maintenance and possibly a small window you can open. Found it quite stuffy. Overall a nice experience!

I stayed here for my birthday, hotel was clean, staff was friendly and super helpful. I have to mention one particular staff member Anaelle who went above and beyond to facilitate all our needs. Anaelle was genuinely helpful; she saw to all our needs while she was on shift. She recommended tours that saved us money, provided items we didn't bring saving us money again. I was so sad she was not there when we checked out (should have asked for her phone number). There was a server in the bar the first day we went who was also very nice and helpful. He has a son with a January birthday also; it this helps to locate him.

The staff were outstanding particularly support and restaurant staff, Samir in left luggage was soo helpful, friendly and welcoming and went out of his wasy for us. The front of house lady in breakfast restaurant was also excellent and lady waitress in bar/restaurant on Monday afternoon when we arrived set the scene for us in what turned out to be a wonderful stay. Some of the evening staff in bar/ restaurant were not so good on service sadly. Room was fabulous, spacious and vety clean and well serviced daily. Cleaning staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel is in a great location for sight seeing. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.
