Dear all, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my stay at the Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel, which took place between 04/09/2025 and 04/13/2025. Upon checking in, I was surprised to receive a new charge, even though I had already paid the full amount for the stay in advance. Despite having informed the guest and presented proof of payment, the amount was charged again under the pretext of standard procedure. However, to date, the amount unduly charged has not been refunded, which I consider an abusive practice. In addition, the bathroom in the room was not cleaned at any time during my stay, which demonstrates a total lack of care for hygiene and disrespect for the guest and noise in the hotel parking lot during the early hours of the morning with trucks (3:00 am).

Great location, only a matter of steps from the Eiffel Tower. Hotel staff friendly. Main issue for us was the air con, or lack of. It’s inadequate and the room was hot and stuffy for the whole stay. There was a window in the room but they did not open. This resulted in 3 very restless nights sleep as it was so so hot. Other than this the hotel was nice.

I have stayed in the hotel while traveling on business (April 2nd 2025) for one night. It reminded me of high cost low value airport hotels that you just stay due to lack of other options. The room was very basic, looking at the back yard opposite to the direction of Eiffel Tower and I have spent 290 Euro.

not the best of hotels I have ever stayed in, the check in staff were not very 'Bienvenue'. Had to ask for the rooms to be cleaned again as they were dirty on arrival. We had an issue with the shower head not staying up on the riser rail, asked three times for it to be fixed to no avail, also had a leak on the basin that wasn't fixed either. The room wasn't cleaned either as requested. Breakfast was ok albeit not the warmest, and the bacon needed another few minutes cooking time. Location was the best to be fair. Place needs some money updating it as very tired decor......
