Exceptional Service and Perfect Location at Ibis Budget Luzern

I stayed at Ibis Budget Luzern and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is one of its strongest points—just a short walk to and from Luzern SBB, which made moving around the city and taking trains very convenient. Our room was memorable in a simple, comforting way. It had a cozy, boarding-house feel that made it easy to relax and rest well. We slept comfortably and genuinely enjoyed spending time in the room, which added a lot to our stay. The staff also made a positive impression. Arfi (Rossini) from the Front Office was welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Joyce, who oversees the breakfast service, was kind, accommodating, and consistently attentive, making mornings pleasant. Marco from the Front Office was also supportive and courteous whenever we needed assistance. Thank you to the entire Ibis Budget Luzern team for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Had the triple room and felt like I was in the smallest room I had ever been in. Felt like a submarine could barely move or store luggage at all. Toilet is basic and also tiny. AC was not great but better than not having at all in heat wave. If you stay ensure you know it’s tiny accommodation. Location also not amazing as it off the beaten track. If there is something closer to the town and bigger take it

While exploring the city we decided to stay here for a night since we were family of 5 books 2 rooms. They given us different floors kids were away from us despite requesting for close by if not connected. The rooms are extremely small not really a place for family can't even put it in your luggage specifically if you are coming from another country you will have per person a travel bag which will not be easy to put in the room and move around. The parking on the property is the most expensive one. The most annoying part was the staff is unfriendly and unhelpful
