Tres Bon emplacement au bord du lac et proche de la gare paradiso. facilement accessible au centre ville en 15 minutes à pied où en,bus. A une minute du funiculaire. Chambres et piscine propres et agréables et excellent petit-déjeuner

Staff friendly and helpful, room comfortable including good AC in the room. Nice breakfast. Restaurant's food quality good, breakfast good. Gym room available but AC was out of service, therefore overheated and not usable. Very poor Wifi. Teams video calls not functioning properly. Very poor login experience. The login website didn't work on my iPhone.

My family and I returned to this hotel after 2 years because my young family loved the location and facilities at the hotel, especially the pool. We had some problems with the ac but this was on a particularly hot day. The breakfast is excellent, the breakfast staff were a little more lackadaisical compared to 2 years ago however this was more than made up for by the wide selection of breakfast food. There is a new chef and the restaurant evening menu is superb. My son was allowed to play the hotel piano (needs a little tuning ) which was a added bonus. Thank you to all at Novotel Paradiso!
