1 - الغرفة السويت متميزة ولكن يعيبها النمل في كل مكان 2 - صالة الافطار ، الكراسي مليئة ببقايا روث الطيور ولم يتم تنظيفها جيدا 3 - اثناء الافطار والعشاء ، الكثير من صحون الاكل مفتوحة والحشرات حولها 4 - الخدمة بالمطعم بحاجة الى متابعة واشراف على الموظفات لسرعة تقديم الخدمة. 5 - عند طلب خدمة تنظيف الغرفة لتنظيف النمل بالحمام لم يتم التجاوب معنا بسرعه مما اضطرنا الى زيارة الاستقبال حضوريا وشرح المشكلة. 6 - المكان خطير مساء لقلة الاضاءة ووجود فتحات تصريف على طول المسار من الغرفة الى الاستقبال مفتوحة ولا ليست واضحة في المساء.

كانت سيئه جداً ، خدمه بطئيه وسيئه جداً عند طلب خدمه التنظيف او طلب اي احتياجات من ماء او غسيل ملابس او مكوى يجب الاتصال عدة مرات او الانتظار لمده ساعتين او ثلاث ساعات بالاضافه لفقدان العديد من الاغراض الخاصه عند عودتي لمنزلي فقدت العديد من الملابس والاكسسوارات واتهم في ذلك خدمة الغرف . كانت تجربه سيئه لم ارى مثلها في اي فندق من فنادق العالم بالرغم لزيارتي للعديد من الدول لم يحصل لي مثل ماحصل في فندق سو سفتييل

مكان ومنتجع غايه في الرعه والجمال والهدوء،جميع العاملون بدون استثناء رائعون ومخلصون وبشوشين وأشكر الاستاذ Raj لحسن معاملته واخلاقه العاليه وتنسيقه لنا للجدول السياحي وتوفير السائقين والتنقل وتسهيل جميع الرحلات ،، كانت اقامه رائعه جدا وانصح به وبشده ،، حيث كان المتنجع هو اول مكان اقامه لي في موريشيوس وكانت رحله شهر العسل ،، وبحق كانت من اروع الايام ولم اواجه ادنى مشكله تذكر ،، شكرا لكم من القلب على الاستضافه الرائعه والكلمات تعجز عن شكري لكم
