In line with our commitment to enhancing guest satisfaction and elevating overall experience, we are pleased to share that Luxury rooms and Prestige suites will undergo a full transformation from 10th March 2025 for a period of around 7 months. These two room categories will be temporarily unavailable and the spa re-located with no access to Sauna/ Hamam. We will also be undertaking improvement works to introduce a chilled display area in Ravinala restaurant. Works will be outside regular operating hours.

للأسف لم ادخل غرفتي إلى بعد ساعتين من الانتظار في الاستقبال بسبب الموظفة التي يتم دفع المبلغ لديها ولم تعطيني الملاحظات على الحجز الا بعد حصولها على المبلغ كامل وبعد ذلك طلبوا مني زيادة ١٦٠٠ روبية

لكن موظفي الاستقبال لم يكونوا متعاونين كفايه
عند وصولي طلبت ترقيه للغرفه بما اني عضو ذهبي ولم يتم توفير ذلك والحجة جميع الغرف محجوزة وعندما بحثت في الموقع وجدت ان جميع الاجنحة شاغرة !!
وذلك وصلني الاحساس بعدم الترحيب فيني كعضو في عائلة السوفتيل
