What an amazing place to stay. Cannot fault it in any way. Stayed in the spa ground floor apartment and it was just perfect. Plenty of space and beautiful renovated. Would definitely come stay again. The pool is also a perfect temp to swim in winter! Loved it. Management was also so lovely to deal with as was the mascot coco 😊

Beautiful apartment close to everything! Best one we have been to so far in Hervey Bay! Lovely view from our apartment of the sea and esplanade! Great parking too in secure car park with plenty of room!

This apartment was huge, clean and had all the facilities. With a full kitchen and great views. Santini Pizza E Cucina was the best Italian food (just below). Coffee shop near by (Coffee FX) was great coffee too. Pool was heated too. Good central location for Hervey Bay. But the bed was too soft for my liking. Would stay again.

My carer and I ( im 86) booked a two bedroom.garden spa apartment .I informed the receptionist I was elderly with a carer and asked if the apartment was suitable and was assured it was . On arrival the lift was disabled and my carer had to push a loaded trolley up a steep hill to reach our groundfloor rooms . The aircon could not be set below 23 deg on a 30 deg day and was stifling hot . I could not access the spa as there us no ladder or steps into the spa and no seating. Also only one jet was working We had a notice to empty the kitchen tidy on leaving and place rubbish in lower car park bins or be charged $25.00! The lift still not working after two days As we especially booked for spa use it was a waste of money . The receptionist was not interested in my complaint . The apartment was clean and large but certainly not worth $570.00 for two nights with no use of spa . Having experienced Mecure hotels elsewhere I expected better . This is a poor example of holiday apartments Will certainly broadcsat my sorry experience

The Allegra is our regular bolt hole for holidays and when visiting friends in Hervey Bay. Easy and efficient bookings, helpful staff and a wonderful visit. Our apartment was ready when we arrived and was just perfect for our holiday. The apartment was modern and equipped with everything we needed. Location on the Esplanade makes for morning walks and brekky in a great region. This was our 4th stay at Allegra and I there will be many more to come.
