Poor service and illicit massage

Terrible customer service. I was having a hectic day and decided to ask for a massage. The masseuse is insistence of me taking up the “extra” massage at additional of 2000CNY even though I politely declined/ overpriced massage and bad service

Old property not well maintained

Old property and doesn’t live up to an international hotel chain. Bathroom condition is bad, shower screen not well concealed, not enough hooks, hard to control water temp.

very satisfied with my stay, the room is very clean, there is washing machine , induction cooker, safe box, the balcony door needs find staff to open, breakfast is also very rich, it’s buffet, the gym is self-service, the staff is very nice, I will come back

We stayed here for family vocation.Great location. Traffic is very convinently. The room is very nice and big！Very clean and comfortable. Everything was spotless clean. The Bed is very big！And has everything we need.Great stay here. Very relaxing setting!

super nice hotel with great stay experience

I stayed again at this hotel during the national holiday of China. I was super nice experience during the stay. the rooms was bright, clean and make me comfortable. delicious food at restaurant. all the staff are friendly. the located in Hongqiao CBD with easy access to subway station. there also have many mall and restaurant around. great choice for city walk. I am really enjoy and definitely will come back again
