Equipe extremamente amável e muito solícita em me ajudar em tudo, eu me senti muito bem acolhido. A equipe do Rooftop também é ótima. Espero voltar um dia.

I dont know how many time i‘ve stayed in this hotel, i‘ve stayed alone, with my little daughter or together with family. This time we stayed as family. Its always nice to be there again, nice suite with apartement concept and nice view, quite strategic location near MRT Station and aside lead/head road of Jakarta. Unfortunately theres so many new staffs at the moment, really unflexible new personals who just try to do their tasks but as a repeated guest i dont feel any warmth. They are even pretty unflexible with children. Thanks to Mr. Agus and Mr. Soleh, at least they always try their best to make us feel welcome and always take care of us. We really appreciate that! But the hotel should do more training to their new staffs, especially restaurant which is i think its an important part of this hotel. for The room is nice (we had suite) but they should repair the window, we cant really look through front window. Thats a pity because Mercure Simatupang has a stunning view over south of Jakarta. After all its still worth the money, on the basis of the strategic location.

Outstanding service from the Front Desk Teams. Room was nice w/ amazing view from 10th floor. Rooftop was spacious area w/ Pool & Gym. Place is near to Citos & PIM Mall. Kuddos loves Mall. Breakfast was amazing & the food was very nice. Thank you for the service Mr soleh & Mas Raka. Definitely recommend for family & business trip.

I booked thru to hotel website, I got free upgrade to privilege room due to reception said hotel was fully booked situation. The room condition so really comfortable enough and my children slept well last night. Thanks for free minibar and some coffee with machine inside. Breakfast taste and variation were great. I like dimsum and nasi goreng betawi. Overall staff were friendly. Little bit suggestion for TV channel should be more clear

On my frequent travels to Jakarta, I decided to try a new hotel this time and chose Mercure Jakarta Simatupang. The location is reasonably convenient for walking to the MRT station, but getting a Grab ride from here can be a challenge due to traffic jams; I even had a few cancellations. While the hotel's proximity to Poins Square is an advantage, it's worth noting that one has to walk a fair bit for convenience stores. My room felt darker than preferred, and there were minor issues with a non-functional fridge and a noisy desk phone. I was also puzzled by the lack of room indicators for "cleaning" or "do not disturb", making me wonder about their room service protocol. The gym was quite a letdown with its limited size and equipment. An unmaintained wall clock, indicating a lack of attention to detail, further emphasized this. Breakfast offered a decent variety, but the taste was average at best. However, the shining star of this establishment is its staff. Their kindness, proactive assistance, and exemplary service attitude stood out. They certainly made the stay more pleasant and are the main reason I might consider a return.
