Poor hotel all round. Very minimal breakfast selection for the price paid. Rude cleaners. And to top it off, we paid extra for late checkout and when we needed our luggage from the room, the manager was asleep!

Staff were welcoming and check in was fast and easy the hotel had a nice modern design and very clean I was worried a budget hotel would not be good but it was at a high standard rooms were adequate and comfortable and breakfast was good room service was good with fresh towels every morning would defiantly come back location was great close to bus stops and lidles and McDonald's

As you would expect for an Ibis budget, the room was a good size, clean and tidy and had everything you needed, good wi fi and secure parking. I didn't think the receptionist was overly helpful. Not too far to drive into Marseille.

The hotel is located at La valentine which is about 45 min from the port vieux by bus - the buses are available only about one hour apart. and are about 15 min from the hotel by walk. It is a good stay for those with their own car but otherwise difficult to travel from. The rooms themselves are small but clean; Bathrooms are small too. Rooms are very stripped down - not even a telephone in the room. But the price of the rooms are good making them an excellent value for the money.

I arrived after midnight and had trouble to get in the hotel. The machine at the door did not workshop properly because no ticket with room nummer and keycode was printend. I got in touch with an operator but it was very dificult to understand although the person on the phone was very friendly. Good value for money.
