NOPE - die pillows were super bad, super uncomfortable - the balcony were so dirty also the "backyard" full of plastic bottles and dirt, nobody wants to sit on a balcony with this view - u couldn't sit on the balcony with no chairs... - the area is not nice at all - the parking spot for 16 EUR is way to expensive - the sauna wasn't working, wouldn't have been nice to know in advance, so we have booked a different hotel YES - Die Receptionist was nice - the price for a dog was ok

It was good as expected. Only suggestion would be to change the bathroom towels when a guest is staying for 2+ days (which is not done due to covid restrictions), but the bathroom starts smelling bad due to low ventilation.

The service was generally very bad. It is an aparthotel, but they do not even clean up the room. When asking about this, they indicated that it was our task to clean up after ourselves. Furthermore, they were very unfriendly. I had already stayed in the same chain in Dijon, but this sister hotel was much better (i.c. cleaner and friendlier). I would therefore suggest to not go to this hotel under no circumstances.

My husband and I stayed here for one night. The check in was quick and easy and our room was ready before 12 noon. The room was quite modern, clean and warm. Although we ate out all of the time the kitchen was handy for drinks. The receptionist was really helpful and helped us work out public transport. On the Saturday we walked everywhere, but on the Sunday we used the metro and local buses. The metro station is close to the hotel.

We had a studio for 2 persons with a kitchen fully equipped (including dishwasher) so you can prepare your own meals. Close to Timone metro station, at 500 m away, direct link with the Old Port. Very clean, very nice and helpful staff. Very good breakfast.
